Plot: The story is of good-natured business person, Sathya. Sudeep is playing the role of Sathya. Another character in this is, Shivam. The nature of the Shivam is opposite to that Sathya. He is a cop who deceives many people. Sathya falls in love with the Subha. Nithya Menen is playing the role of Subha who is a bold girl in her character. The cop deceives the two businesspeople.

In this story, you will find an A.C.P Kishore who is a corrupt officer. He has an assumption that Shivam and Sathya both are one person and trying to declare him as a criminal.The story revolves around this. The twin roles give comedy to the audience.

Analysis: In this circle story, the director is successful to keep the attention of the audience towards the script. The dual role in the film grabs the attention of the audience. The movie leads to the suspense things with the entertainment. The first half is in pace while in the second half it loses its pace and at the last it catches its speed. D Imman music is pleasant to hear. The Rajarathinam as a cinematographer made the various angles which add the strength point. The editing needs to work better for enhancements of scenes. Parveen Antony needs to work harder on this.Kanal Kanan is the stunt choreographer for the action.

Star Performance: Sudeep has given the best performance in this script. Once again he won the many hearts by his action. Nithya Menen is a bold in the acting scene and did well. The cop Sai Ravi adds the extra point in the film. Satish who have very less role still he gave his best.
