Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli is a well-known Tamil actress who reigns both in Tamil Television and Film industries simultaneously. Like many other successful actors, she too started her acting career from the theatre, but not exactly by acting on stage. She worked full time for an English Theatre company named Evam, from where she was chosen for a Tamil film.

Lakshmi Priyaa originally hails from a Tamil Brahmin family of orthodox culture, where no one thinks of taking up acting as a career. She too completed her studies and achieved Master’s degree in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work and joined a corporate company in Chennai as a HR professional. Even initially she joined the theatre group only as management personnel, but later on developed interest for acting when she was offered a role in a Tamil film. She was also a good sports person from very early stage of her life and played cricket in national level and became a national champion in Ultimate Frisbee as well.

The acting career of Lakshmi Priyaa started with the film ‘Mundhinam Paartheney’, directed by Magizh Thirumeni who selected her for a short supporting role there. She carried on with her full-time job till she got multiple offers for roles in films and in a television serial too. She played the short role of the wife of a character named ‘Saravanan’ in the Tamil film ‘Gouravam’. But she got her first lead role in the film ‘Sutta Kadhai’, where she played the role of a bold tribal girl named ‘Silanthi’ and this film earned her enough acclamation from the common audiences and also from film critics. She also played the role of ‘Zaina’ in the film ‘Angels’. But her debut TV show is ‘Dharmayutham’, where she plays the important role of a lawyer in a legal firm. This popular serial started from August 2012 and is still aired on Star Vijay TV channel in weekends and is directed by A.L. Abinandran.

Now Lakshmi Priyaa’s next film ‘Kallapadam’ is waiting to be released soon and it was directed by a debutant director Vadivel.

Suhasini Maniratnam was born on 15th August 1961 in famous city Chennai. Her original name was Suhasini Charuhaasan. She was born in prominent Hasaan family. She was cousin to the most prominent Indian film hero Kamal Haasan. She was a cinematography student from Madras Film Institute. She started her career as a camera assistant and later became an actress.  She was married to greatest Indian film director Maniratnam in 1988.

The tall, dark and handsome Biju Menon started his acting career from the small screen. He acted in serials like Mikayelinte Santatikal and Ningalute Swantam Chandu. Mikayelinte Santatikal focused on the life of a family and their complex relationships. 

 In movies, he started with villain roles, second hero roles, and character roles and then graduated to main hero roles. Biju Menon married actress Samyukta Varma, and they have a son Daksh. Biju and Samyukta have acted together in a couple of movies during which they developed a likeness for each other. After the marriage, Samyukta decided to quit her acting career to become a full-time homemaker. Biju Menon resides with his family at Trichur. Their love and relationship is going strong day by day.

He did suffer a brief setback in his career towards the late nineties and early years of 2000, but he slowly found his own place in the industry through unique roles. The combination of Biju Menon and actor Kunchacko Boban has been a hit in the industry. Some of Biju’s recent successful movies include Velli Moonga, Bhaiya Bhaiya, Mannar Mathai Speaking (double role), Kalimannu, Romans, and Chettayess. He has also performed in Telugu and Tamil movies. Biju Menon’s strong and masculine voice is a unique trait which sets him apart from his colleagues.

Sudheer Karamana is a Malayalam films’ actor. Karamana Janardanan Nair’s first-born. He has two siblings, named Sunil and Sujay. He was born at Karamana in Thiruvananthapuram, and he studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya Pattom School.

Bijibal Maniyil is an Indian composer and a singer born on 21 May 1973. Bijibal is not only a playback singer but also an expert Keyboardist. Bijibal field of interest includes film scores, classical and dance music. Bijibal is a very renowned composer and has won many prestigious awards including a National Film Award. Bijibal made his debut in the Malayalam film industry as a music director with the film Arabikatha in 2007. The film won him Mullassery Raju Music Award for the best music director in 2007. Some of the remarkable works of Bijibal includes Njaan, Balyakalasakhi, Kaliyachan, Salt N’ Pepper and Arabikatha. Bijibal won the Asiavision Movie Award for the Movie Salt N’ Pepper in 2011. Rajesh Nair, also credited as Rajesh Mohanan, is a popular Indian film director and producer in the Malayalam film industry. Born on 12 August 1978, the forty-two-year-old man has extensively worked as a writer and director in over 40 feature films in Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, and Tamil languages. He is best known for his movies ‘Escape from Uganda (2013)’, ‘Salt Mango Tree (2015)’, ‘Kalyanam (2018)’, and his latest film ‘Thrissur Pooram' (2019).
