Madonna Sebastian is prominently a Malayalam cinema actress and singer. In 2015, she came to the industry making her debut in the Malayalam movie, Premam under the director Alphonse Putharen. She was born in Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala. She did her graduation from Christ University, Bangalore. Christ University is one of the top colleges in India and Madonna holds a B.Com degree from there. Asha Sarath, famous for her role in 'Kumkumapoovu', is a Malayalam serial actress hails from Perumbavoor, Ernakulam. She was born in Perumbavoor as a daughter of famous classical dancer Smt. Kalamandalam Sumathy. At a very young age, Asha was bought into the field of classical dance by her parents. She got trained in all forms of classical dance including: Mohiniyattam, Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam as well. In college days, Asha always used to get prizes for her performances on classical dance. In 1992, she got first prize in All India Dance Fete held in Benares. She is married to Sarath a business entrepreneur in Dubai.

One of the high points of her TV career appeared in the year 2011 when she along with Shahrukh Khan got a chance to have an exclusive interview of Lady Gaga at the first Indian Grand Prix event for UTV Bindass.

Dileep was born in Kerala as Gopalakrishnan Padmanabhan Pillai in the year 1968. His career started as an assistant director to Kamal. He was named as Dileep through the character he performed in his debut movie. His debut movie as a hero was in the year 1994 through Manathe Kottaaram as Dileep. Sallapam and Punjabi House made him get popularity among the Malayalam audience. Before his film entry, Dileep was a mimicry artist. He worked in Kalabhavan too.

Paul Michael alias Lal started his successful journey in Malayalam film industry with the blockbuster movie “Ramji Rao Speaking” (1989) which was later re-made even in Hindi as Hera Pheri. In this film he took the effort to tie up with Siddidque who was his childhood friend, and their partnership continued for five or six films, after which they had parted due to some differences. Siddique-Lal partnerships had given many new faces in Mollywood. The duo had teamed up to make many social films which had understanding of the public taste and a sense of box-office too. They had launched a production house named “Siddique-Lal” and made another movie “In Harihar Nagar”, which was a tremendous hit. Even their third production “God Father” turned out to be a blockbuster in Malayalam film industry, which had one-year successful run in the theaters. Siddique-Lal production had never been dependent on star value or superstar formula that was witnessed in those days in Malayalam cinema. They had always opted out from casting Mohanlal or Mammotty. Ultimately, both of them had changed their thoughts later and when their fourth production film was to get launched, Siddique-Lal had opted for Mohanlal and made “Vietnam Colony” which did wonders in the box office too. The duo again had combined in their fifth production and made Kabuliwalla, which was also a success. 

After success of Kabuliwala, the duo had got separated, as Siddique wanted to concentrate on direction and Lal had taken interest in total film making concepts such as production and distribution. After they had parted, Lal produced his first film Hitler with Mammotty in the lead role, which had the direction of Siddique. With “Hitler”, Lal’s journey had begun as a producer and he went to make many successful movies in the future such as Friends and Kalyanaraman to name a few. Actor Lal was a genius actor who could blend aspects of both comedy and serious forms. His first film as an actor was Jayaraj’s Kaliyattam (1997) where he got to play a villain role. Later on, he acted in around 50 films. The year 2009 saw his comeback again as a director. He directed the sequel to “In Harihar Nagar” named “2 Harihar Nagar”, which got released in 2010 and was declared a hit. He was the winner of two state film awards for best actor in “Thalapavu”( directed by Madhupal) and “Ayaal”,(directed by, Suresh Unnithan).

Joy Mathew has various feathers to his cap; he is an actor, director, writer and a political persona. But he is very humble in this real life. Hailing from an upper-class Christian family he had his initial days in Kozhikode. He initially joined Pune Film Institute but later opted for post graduation in Mass Media and Journalism. But films always remained his passion. 

Born on 20th September 1961, Joy Mathew hails from Challissery, Thrissur. Joy Mathew’s films reflect his childhood days and fervent association with left-wing politics. This film was lauded critically and it was adjudged as one of the best Indian films by British Film Institute. Then Joy was in a sabbatical for 27 years and re-entered the industry in 2013 and he donned the role of supporting actor as well as director. He has a distinction of working in 14 movies in 2013 and this indeed a commendable achievement.

Athirthikkal, Pretoria-October 18, Sankadal and Chille 73 are some of his commendable endeavors as a playwright. Joy Mathew took vigorous involvement in some cultural groups. The Campus Theatre Movement is his foundation which was started in 1980. His contribution to Malayalam plays is over 20.

Siddique, who is a Malayalam film actor, producer, and a television host started his film career initially with comedy roles, and later he continued performing a variety of roles. Born at Edavanakkad, in Ernakulam Kerala, Siddique is the youngest child with two other siblings. Completing his primary schooling in his hometown, Siddique later took Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He worked as an Electrical Engineer at Kerala and worked for a few more years in Saudi Arabia. Later he quit his job and started exploring his inner talents. He started his artistic career as a mimicry artist. Married to Seena, Siddique has two sons. Shaheen Siddique is his eldest son from previous marriage, and he made his debut in the movie Pathemari.

Shivaji Guruvayoor is a Malayalam Film Actor. He was born in the Thrissur District of Kerala. He has done more than eighty movies in his entire acting career. He first appeared on the big screen in the year 1990 in a Malayalam film Vachanam. He is known as Shivaji or Guruvayoor Shivaji in the Malayalam film industry.

Balu Varghese is an Indian Malayali film actor. He has acted in both lead and supporting roles. He was born at Eranakulam to Neena Varghese and Varghese EJ. He is the nephew to music director Alex Paul and actor Lal. He made his debut in the movie, Chanthupottu as a child actor in the year 2005. Soubin Shahir is a well-known actor and an assistant director in Malayalam films. He assisted many renowned directors in his career before his acting career started. He made his first debut film with Kaiyethum Doorath. He earned wide fame for Alphonse Putharen’s Premam in which he played the role of a P.T Master. Soubin also featured in some of the recent hit movies stealing the hearts of many people. On his foray in direction, he said “I always wanted to be a director.” He believes that director Rajeev Rai brought him in front of arc lights. The actor is still uncomfortable when it comes to facing the camera and says that he becomes a bit nervous when it comes to acting.

Rajesh Babu is an Indian actor, well known for his role in the movie Mikhael, directed by Haneef Adeni. He was born in New Delhi, India. He completed his schooling and college at New Delhi University. He married Pallavi Raju. He made his debut in 2016 with King Liar. His other films include Race 3, Lucifer, Aana Alaralodalaral, Oru Cinemakkaran, Happy Sardar, The 137 Auditions of Avrahaam Yaakob, and Take Off. In addition to this, he also showed up in the video song Ennum Ponnil. Reading books is one of his hobbies. He is also the brand ambassador for several brands.

Balachandran Chullikkadu is a noted Malayalam poet and an Actor who appears in Malayalam movies and TV serials. He is a very renowned poet and actor in Malayalam Industry. He was born on July 30, 1957 in Paravoor, a place in Kerala, India in a Hindu family. Balachandran Chullikkadu did his schooling from Ernakulum and pursued and completed his graduation from the Maharajas College in English Literature in Ernakulum, Kerala, India. After graduation, he joined Government service and alongside pursued his passion for Acting and Writing poems and songs.

Alex Paul is a music director by profession in the Indian film industry. He is a composer and a musician as well and works mainly in the Malayalam movies, where he is a well-known personality. He was born on 21 November in the year 1961 in Kochi, Kerala, India. His father is A. M. Paul who is a famous music artist and formed the first ever orchestra troupe at the places Kochi and Philomena.

Deepak Devraj Komath is the original name of Deepak Dev, an Indian music director. He has composed songs predominantly in Malayalam cinema. His music is flawless in terms of sound quality. His music has a distinct quality in it and this has created a new trend in Mollywood. Deepak has several superhit songs to his credit.
