Vincy Aloshious was born on 12 December 1995 in Ponnani in Malappuram of, Kerala. Her family consists of her father, mother, and brother. Her father was a driver, where as her mother was a teacher. She completed her schooling at Bishop Cotton Convent Girls High School, Bangalore. After completing her education, she went to an Asian school of Architecture and Design Innovation, Kochi, and graduated with a degree in architecture.

Vincy Aloshious started her career by participating in the talent-hunt show Nayika Nayakan in 2018. She gained popularity in Nayika Nayakan and grabbed many exciting offers. Her role as a pet owner's daughter in Bheemante Vazhmi gained popularity among the audience, and Arjun George of Onmanorama praised her performance and called her performance a "memorable cameo." Apart from being seen in movies, Vincy Aloshious were also seen in web series such as Karikku in 2021 and Emily in 2022.
