Plot
The story revolves around a 10-year-old girl named Suhani who gets trapped in the hands of a human trafficking gang operated by brutal Bali. He considers Suhani as his lucky charm and offers her special treatment at the brothel. After some time, a poor girl named Pihu enters Bali’s den with her elder brother and sister. Pihu’s sister fails to handle the horrible trauma and commits suicide whereas; Pihu is forced to marry a Hyderabadi person who is much older than her. Later; in the story, Pihu and her brother  get released from the haunted trap of Bali with the help of Suhani.
Star Performance
Sumit Kant Kaul, portraying Bali, is the main protagonist of the movie, capturing much attention.
Anamika Shukla portraying Pakhi effectively conveys the fear and misery experienced by the girls forced into the brothel.
Other cast members namely Anmol Goswami, Sikandar Khan and Komal Khanna, Â appear to be average in their acting and dialogue delivery.
Analysis
With its concept of sex trafficking, Pakhi is considered as a dark and intense movie. However; the director attempted to portray a noble intent while showcasing the malicious world of flesh trade in our country. Nevertheless; the loosely written script and lack of dialogue quality deem the film as subpar.
The direction and cinematography of the movie is below satisfaction, which makes Pakhi unable to attract the audience.

Verdict
The audience who loves to watch films related to social issues may get disappointed after watching the loose script and irrelevant dialogue by the novice cast of the movie. So, if you wish to gather some truth about the flesh trade world, Pakhi will surely not make you happy.
