Neeraj Khandelwal is an upcoming film director working in the Rajasthan film industry. He is the founder of the Rajasthan Cine Awards. Neeraj's love for filmmaking propelled him to get good technical expertise. He was awarded a Diploma certificate in Camera and Light Techniques by the Asian Film and Television Institute. Neeraj also has a Certificate in NLE Editing and Still Photography from MSME.

He worked in various capacities to get knowledge on all aspects of filmmaking. Neeraj's first job was as an Editor and DoP on the 2006 Rajasthani film, Kesriya Balam - The Gentleman.

In 2007, he worked on the Rajasthani film, Jug Jug Jiye Bhartar. In 2008, Neeraj worked as an Editor for Anmol Moti (52 episodes). He also worked as an Editor and DoP for Bandhe ko Dhani, a Rajasthani telefilm, which released in 2008. In 2010, Neeraj worked as an Editor and AD for Laadli Bai (13 episodes). In 2011, Neeraj worked as an Editor and DoP on the Hindi film, Blood - The Deadly Game under Vikram Film Productions. He also worked on another Hindi film, The Last Chance as an Editor and DOP in 2012.

The producers, A Brother Production released this film in Jio Cinemas. In 2013, Neeraj worked on 2 Hindi films produced by Raj Aman Productions. He worked as an Editor and DoP for both films - Us Disha Mein and No Time For Fun. Both these films were released in 2013. 2016 was a busy year for Neeraj Khandelwal, as he worked as an Editor and DoP for several music videos. Tu jo mere pass hai, Tum ha ya na karo, and Befikriyan are some of his famous works.

Neeraj has worked on over 500 music videos for big music companies like Tips Music and BBM Music. In 2018, Neeraj worked as a Chief Editor on Shanknaad (a Rajasthani film) and Sanam Tera Ishq (a Hindi film). Neeraj directed the bi-lingual film Minzar which debuted on OTT platforms in 2022. Neeraj's upcoming release is the Haryanavi film, ZIDD. He worked as an AD for this film.
