Rajesh Handoo is an actor from Kashmir. He is also a lyricist, writer, director, and producer. He studied at National High School in Srinagar. He graduated from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He was an artist at Doordarshan. He was also a proprietor of Bulbul music group. In 2022, Rajesh has wrote the Kashmiri play Zahar.
