Jamshed Ansari, son of the famous business tycoon Zamir Hasan Ansari was a renowned TV & film actor in the Pakistani Film Industry. He was born on 31 December 1942 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. In 1948, Jamshed moved to Pakistan with his family. Films were not only the medium of entertainment but also the medium of learning & constructing minds. So keeping this in mind, Jamshed wanted to become an actor from childhood. When he was eighteen years old, he moved to London to complete his television production courses. He started his journey in 1968 with Jharokhey, a Lahore theatrical drama.
