Voice of Punjab Season 3 is a unique platform where Punjab people can show their talent to the whole world. Season 3 of Voice of Punjab started in May 2012, with many aspirants participating in day-long auditions. This show is held every year with new contestants. The auditions for this season began in nine major cities of Punjab/Haryana on May 7: Amritsar (May 7), Jhalandar (May 9), Ludhiana (May 11), Faridkot (May 14), Bathinda (May 16), Sangrur(May 18), Patiala (May 21), Karnal (May 23), and Chandigarh (May 25) through on-air promotions.
The age group for contestants should be between 18 and 27 years, and enrollment was started on May 11, 2012. The Music director

and Bollywood singer Saleem were the judges. After extensive auditions, up to 10 people are selected for the studio rounds in Delhi. Anantpal Singh from Ferozpur and Nimratpaul Kaur from Gurdaspur are the winners of the season 3. They were awarded a car and a music album with Vanjali Records.
