Navnindra Behl was born in Delhi on 30th October 1949. Born a performer, she started acting on stage at the mere age of three, foreshadowing her later days as an actor, director, and writer, making her a formidable presence in theatre. She completed her post graduation in Punjabi Literature and then went on to join the Department of Drama at Punjabi University, Patiala, as a lecturer. In a splendid career spanning almost four decades, she has written and directed several acclaimed theatre productions. She has also trained and groomed several film and theatre actors. Surjit Patar is a poet and writer from Punjab, India, who writes in Punjabi. He was born in the village of Pattar Kalan in the Jalandhar district on 14TH January 1945. He received his undergraduate degree from Randhir College in Kapurthala, followed by a Master's degree from Punjabi University in Patiala and a PHD in Literature from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar on the topic "Transformation of Folklore in Guru Nanak Vani." He eventually went into academia and retired from Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana as a Professor of Punjabi. Ravi Deep is a writer, director, and actor from Firozpur in Punjab. He has directed, acted, written, and worked as a production designer in several telefilms and television series. He  began acting in the theatres during his college days at Kapurthala. He with his friends made a small town famous for modern theater.
