Vandana Gupte is a legendary Marathi actress who can also be seen in Hindi TV serials. She has done numerous Marathi plays and is a popular theatre personality. She is a well known actress in Marathi cinema. She made her debut with Marathi movie Lapandav (1993), in which she portrayed the role of a lawyer. In 2006, she played a role of mother-in-law in Marathi movie Matichya Chuli.   

Classical singer Manik Verma and Amar Verma are her parents and she is the sister of Bharti Achrekar and Rani Verma. She has worked in many Marathi movies and has been nominated for various movie awards. She played the role of Mrs. Archrekar in cricket based Bollywood movie titled “Meerabai Not Out” and portrayed the role of Mrs. Dandekar in the movie, “It’s Breaking News”. 

In Hindi Television industry, she became popular as dominating Nilambari Pandey of Kareena Kareena serial which aired on Zee TV during the year 2004-05. She was also seen in Pandey Aur Pandey on Zee TV, which was a song countdown show. In Pandey Aur Pandey she again played the character of Nilambari Pandey. In 2008-09, she played a mother-in-law in Bandhan Saat Janamon Ka which aired on Colors. She was also seen as a goan lady Maria (Preeti's mother) in Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo on SAB TV.

Sai Tamhankar is a popular Indian actress born in the year, 1986 on the '25th of June' in 'Sangli'. She studied at the 'Chintaman College of Commerce' which was where she started her initial career by taking part in street dramas as well as in the inter-college drama competitions. She then acted in the Hindi movie named as Ghaajini in 2008 with actor Amir Khan. Furthermore, she has acted in Rita as well as in ‘No Entry Pudhe Dhoka Aahey’ in 2012. 

Rinku Rajguru is a Marathi film actress and is for her role in the blockbuster movie 'Sairat'. She was born on 3rd of June, in the year 2001 in Akluj, a town in the Solapur district of Maharashtra, India. She is 16 years old. She has acted in two movies as Archi ( Archana ). 'Sairat', which was a Marathi movie and its Kannada remake captioned “Manaus Malliage”. At this small age, she got her name mentioned at the 63rd National film awards for her mind blowing performance in 'Sairat'. She is expected to appear in a new Kannada movie called 'Banjo', soon. Her father Mahadev Rajguru and her mother, both are teachers. She was in the ninth standard when her first movie was released. Now she is in tenth standard.

Allwin Rego works in Bollywood as a sound designer, sound artist. He is well-known for his work in movies like, Super 30 (2019) (Starring: Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur), Junglee (2019) (Starring: Vidyut Jammwal, Pooja Sawant, and Asha Bhat), and Manmarziyaan (2018) (Starring: Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, and Abhishek Bachchan). Rego is a very famous Hindi film sound designer.

Rameshwar S Bhagat is an award-winning film editor, who is a master of his work. Over the decade, he has led the editorial department for many blockbuster films like Dhoom (2004), Tamil drama thriller Unnaipol Oruvan (2009).

Mahesh Manjrekar is a renowned actor, director and producer in Marathi cinema. The actor has been in the film industry and theatre for over two decades now and is considered to be a powerhouse of talent. With films like Vaastav and Astitva, he made a mark for himself as a director. Afterwards, he made Virudh with Amitabh Bachchan and Sharmila Tagore.

Ashok Saraf was born on 4 June 1947. This popular Indian actor and comedian started his professional career in 1969, with his first acting role in the film Janaki. His career continues with roles in more than 250 Marathi films, such as Donhi Gharcha Pahuna, Haldikunku, Tumcha Aamcha Jamal, Javal Ye LajuNako, Chimanrao Gundyabhau, Deed Shahane, Duniya Kari Salam and a lot more. Akash Thosar is an Indian actor working in the Hindi film industry. He was born on 24th February 1994 in Jeur, Sholapur district of Maharashtra. Akash worked in Hindi as well as Marathi films. He started his lead role in Mahesh Manjrekar’s film Friendship Unlimited which was released in 2017. Akash also worked in Netflix original Lust Stories and paired opposite Radhika Apte. He worked with big Bollywood celebrities like Kiara Advani, Zoya Akhtar, Bhumi Padnekar, and Sanjay Kapoor.

Rajesh Mapuskar is an Indian writer, director, and film-writer. He was born and raised in Shrivardhan, a village in Maharashtra, to father Anant Mahadev Mapuskar and mother, Sindhu Anant Mahapuskar. He completed his schooling from Shrivardhan Public School till grade 10, and later he went to Kirti College, Dadar to pursue a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He had a joint family, and they owned a cinema hall in the village. He used to clean the hall, distribute tickets, and start the movie as a kid and thus, he developed an interest in the world of Cinema. He was formally introduced to the world of media by a television producer-director, Dr. Satish Rajmachikar. Later on, in 1991, he secured a job in production along with ad film-maker Dilip Ghosh at Z Films where he worked for four years. He then left this job to freelance producing ad films in India as well as abroad.

Sanjay Memane is a highly renowned cinematographer and producer and a member of the Camera and Electrical Department. Sanjay has worked on many popular shows, movies, and series throughout his grandeur career. He has won two awards throughout his career. Sanjay won the Zee Chitra Gaurav Puraskar, which was held in 2017, for the movie “Half Ticket” as the Best Cinematographer and won the Indian Telly Awards in 2004 as the Best Videography for the film “Saaksshi,” Sanjay also won the Indian Television Academy Awards in 2015 as the Director of Photography. Sanjay Memane is known for “Half Ticket,” released in 2016, “Siddhi Vinayak,” released in 2017, and “Piyaa Albela,” released in 2017.

Rahul Thombre is a well-known dance artist who has made his mark in the choreography industry in Bollywood and Marathi films. His career began as an assistant choreographer under the talent-filled umbrella of Ganesh Acharya in 2005. He has worked in films like Brahmastra, Laxmi Bomb, Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastaani Brothers, Coolie No. 1, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Golmaal, Toilet-Ek Prem Katha, Simba and many more. He debuted in choreographing Marathi films with his allure in 2017, with the song ‘O Kaka’ from the movie YZ and has never looked back ever since. Some of his latest works include songs ‘Minaat Shrinali’ and ‘Lagnali 2.0” from the movie Boyz 3, the song ‘Sai Tujha Lekaru’ from the movie Timepass 3, Surya and Ravrambha.

He is a very well-liked art director.

Sanjay Maurya is a sound designer and has worked in many Hindi films. He has worked in the film Drishyam starring Ajay Devgan, Tabu, Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta. The movie was directed by Nishikant Kamat. It is a suspense movie and the story revolves around the life of a local businessman, Vijay, and his family who are the suspect in the missing case of Goa’s IGP’s son.

Ajay Gogavale is a prominent Indian music composer and director. He was born on August 21, 1976, in Pune to Ashok Gogavale. He grew up in different villages because of his father’s job. Ajay is the brother of Atul Gogavale who is also a popular music composer and director. They collaborated in several hit films and their duo was known as Ajay-Atul. In his childhood, Ajay was not interested in academics. He is more focused on music and so, he and his brother joined the NCC competition. They won and made this as their inspiration to pursue their passion. They don’t have a musical background and they could not even afford to buy a musical instrument. The two started their ventures in school, local bands, temples, etc. and befriend those who owned instruments since they cannot afford to buy for themselves. During college, Ajay and his brother started working as arrangers for local bands.

Vikram Gokhale is one of the very promising actors in the television and Bollywood industry. He is born on the 14th of November, 1945. He is also popular for stage acting. He is known for his significant contribution to the Marathi and Hindi films. Chandrakanth Gokhale is his father. He too is a theatre artist and is known for his contribution to the Marathi Theater. He was born in Pune, but is currently settled in Mumbai and works from there.

One of the significant roles on the television very recently is that of Dr. Kamal Chopra in the serial Sanjivani that was aired on Star Plus in 2002, and continued till 2005. Sanjeevani was based on the lives of doctors and the bond between a doctor and a patient. Vikram Gokahale played the role of the filthy rich doctor, Dr.Chopra, who was also the trustee of the hospital- Sanjeevani.

Recently in movies he has been seen in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Bhool Bhulaiya. In Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, he plays the role of a singer who desires his daughter to follow the culture and traditions of his family and hence forbids her to marry his foreigner student, Sameer that was played by Salman Khan. Bhool Bhulaiya is a psychological thriller, based on multiple personality disorder, where he plays the guru to the genius psychiatrist and helps save the life of a patient affected by the same disease.

On 24th November 2022, Vikram Gokhale was admitted to a private hospital in Pune for various health issues. His health deteriorated and he died at the hospital on 26th November 2022.

Mangesh Desai, also known as Mangesh is a great Indian small screen actor born on the 28th of June in the year 1972 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Born on 24th August 1977, Nagraj was brought up in Jeur Village near the Solapur district of Maharashtra.

Mahesh Kothare is a yesteryear Marathi and Hindi actor and is one of the revolutionary and visionary person in the Marathi Film Industry. He was born on September 28 1953 in Mumbai. He began his acting career at a young age by doing two Hindi films, but neither of them were a box-office success.
