This movie is directed by the well-known comic actor Kalabhavan Shajon. Shajon will be donning the cap of a director for the first time. Brother’s Day is a family thriller where Prithviraj plays the role of a catering service worker. Other leading actors in the movie are Aishwarya Lekshmi, Prayaga Martin, Madonna Sebastian, Miya, Dharmajan, Ramesh Pisharody, Prasanna, and Lal.
