Rachita ram is a Kannada film and TV actress who marked her presence in movies like ‘Rangeela and Ambareesha’.

She was born in Karnataka although has the ancestral background in Bhopal. Her mother was a bharat natyam dancer and so is she, a well trained dancer in this particular form of dance. She has also given around 50 live dance performances. 

This actress captured everyone’s attention through her performance in her very first movie ‘Bulbul’.

She rocked the screen in the Kannada soap opera ‘arasi’ that was very much liked by the audience and made Rachita ram, the favourite of thousands.

She opted to head towards the film industry only after working for quite a long time in television and commercials. According to her, working in television gave her confidence and boosted her spirit to work on greater projects.

Her first movie was released in the year 2013 and in mere 2.5 years she managed to create a place for herself in this industry.

The actress was nominated for the filmfare best actress category for the movie ‘bharjare’.

She is also all set to enter the tollywood with the release of ‘brahmotsavan’.

The actress is appreciated for her good looks, innocent character, adorable dimples and passion for acting simultaneously.

She is the sister of Nithya ram, who is as well a very well known face on the screen.

Currently Rachita has signed some other projects under big and small banners and is busy working.

She believes to pre plan and prepares herself to deal with any circumstance and adjust to any scenario and hence work on her character before getting started with the shoot.

2. Haripriya

Shruthi is the original name of Haripriya, who is a south Indian actress. Hailing from Chikkaballapura, Karnataka, she is also a Bharathanatyam dancer and model. Her maiden venture is in a Kannada film named Manasugula Mathu Madhura. Later, her films didn’t do that well. However, she got Filmfare nomination for her good performance in the political movie Kallara Santhe. The film Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu gained her much appreciation and she became famous in Karnataka. She also acted in a couple of films in Tamil and Telugu. 

 

Shruthi proved her dedication towards acting by taking up a workshop for her role in the Telugu venture Abbayi Class Ammayi. Her Kannada film Ugramm was her acclaimed comeback to Karnataka. She gave a natural performance in the film. Later she worked in big banner films in Karnataka. 

 

Shruthi has some releases lined up in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. Shruthi’s grandfather was a theater artiste .

Born as Shruthi, the actress changed her name to Haripriya, which acts as her stage name. Following the recent trend to turn the factors of luck, based on numerology the actress altered the spelling of her name to Hariprriya. She was born in Chikkaballapura, Karnataka and studied at Vidya Mandir. Hariprriya completed her Pre-University Course and started learning Bharatanatyam in Bangalore. She claims to have been inspired by her grandfather, who was a theater personality himself. 

Hariprriya made her debut in acting with a Tulu film, Badi, directed by Richard Castelino and later on, starred in other languages such as Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. In 2008, she made her first appearance on the Kannada film screen with the movie, Manasugula Mathu Madhura, which wasn’t much of success. After a few unsuccessful projects, Hariprriya got her first Filmfare nomination as the Best Kannada actress with the political satire, Kallara Santhe in 2009. The movie was directed by D. Sumana Kittur and starred other actors such as Yash, Rangayana Raghu, Kishore, and Sobhraj. Hariprriya’s popularity rose with her next film, Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu, and with that, she started receiving offers from directors of other languages. In 2010, she starred in Kanagavel Kaaka, a Tamil film directed by Kavin Bala. The movie was produced by Saravana and Kishore G. Sha under the production company of Akarshini Theatres and was received with a moderate review.

3. Milana Nagaraj

Milana Nagaraj is a South Indian actress born in 1989. Her birthplace is Hassan, a district in Karnataka. She took her school education and college education in Hassan itself. She’s a bachelor in Computer Science. She did her engineering from VKIT College, Bangalore. From her childhood, she was a good swimmer. In an interview with Times of India, she said that shewas a state-level backstroke swimmer and has won several medals. Her parents put her in the pool when she was just about four to five years old. Since then, swimming had become her life. But in Class 12, everything changed. Just months before her board exams, Milana met with an accident. Doddanna is an Indian actor in the Kannada film industry. He is best known for playing comic roles in Kannada films. During his career of more than four decades, he worked in more than 500 films to his credit. After playing comedy characters successfully, he switched on to playing character roles too in Kannada movies. 


He started his career as a theater actor; he got his first break in theater and then progressed slowly into cinema, where he left his impression like a superstar. No Kannada film would be complete with Doddanna doing a cameo or any other character in 80’s and 90’s. He was born on November 15, 1949. Before making a debut in acting or going to the theater, he was working at Baddhravati Steel Factory. He left his job to persuade a career in acting. 


He started a theater group called Gandharva Ranga in Karnataka. He also appeared in many Tamil films too. He is equally known for playing villain, comedy roles, a tough policeman and many other character roles. But for his characters in comedy sequence, he will be remembered forever by Kannada film viewers for ever. He is the most versatile actor in Kannada cinema, who can easily fit into any character. He is equally popular like a super star in Kannada cinema. He has completed 65 years. He has played many supporting actor roles in many leading movies too. 


He is the probably the incredible realistic actor and one of the most skilled actors in the south Indian cinema. His film was Namma Oora Devathe released in 1986, but he shot to prominence only through his movie Anjada Gandu, that was released in 1988. He also appeared in many meaningful roles in the films like Katari Veera Surasundarangi (2012) and was nominated for awards. 


He is married to Shantha and hails from Mysore.
