Akul Tripathi is an actor and a writer. Akul, as an actor has worked in the movie “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani”. He played a small role in the film, that of “Kunnan Thanmbi”. This romantic comedy movie has Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif as  the lead and Upen Patel in a supporting role. Back in 1999, there was a Mini TV Series titled “Saans” starring Kanwaljit Singh and Neena Gupta in the lead role of a married couple called Priya and Gautam. Akul played the role of their son named “Akul”. The story which Anu Kapoor wrote was engaging for the audience. The story focuses on the life of the lead couple and how the wife deals with the extramarital affair of her husband. It had a powerful star cast including Kavita Kapoor as Manisha and Sushmita Daan as Mithi, Akul’s sister in the show.

He was born to Rakesh Bal, an architect, and Anila Bal in 1976 in New Delhi. He has a brother named Pranav Bal, and his uncle Rohit Bal is a famous designer in Bollywood. Aditya Bal completed his schooling his Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. After school education, he moved to Delhi and pursued his Bachelor's in English Literature from the University of Delhi. Aditya Bal's family runs a restaurant, so cooking has always been his passion since he was young.
