Intro: Iravati Harshe is a veteran actress who started her career with television serials and reached to the heights of Bollywood movies where she worked along with the likes of Kamal Haasan and Shah Rukh Khan.


Iravati Harshe started her acting career in 1990s and her first significant role was for the popular Doordarshan National television serial Shanti where she worked along with Mandira Bedi. Shanti was telecasted in 1994. Some other noted television serials in which she played lead or supporting role include Split Wide Open, Dil Mil Gayye, Sanjivani-A Medical Boon, Kabhi Kabhi, Mrityudand, Tanha, and Achanak 37 Saal Baad. In Sanjivani-A Medical Boon, she played the role of Dr. Smriti and in Shanti she appeared as Nidhi. Another popular role that she played was of Rukhsana for the television serial Tanha. Tanha was a joint venture of India and Pakistan which was aired from the year 1997-1999 on Star Plus. She also worked in minor roles for some other television serials too such as Ankahee and Waris.


Iravati Harshe is a very talented individual and she is a trained classical dancer with expertise in Bharatanatyam. In addition, she is endowed with her ability as a multilingual as she can fluently speak French, Hindi, English, Marathi and many other languages. Because of her multilingual ability, she got the chance to dub for Madhuri Dixit for the French version of movie Dil To Pagal Hai. She appeared as Shah Rukh Khan’s wife in the movie Hey Ram which was released in the year 2000.

Joy Sengupta is a well-known Indian stage and television and film actor, who predominantly works in the Bollywood and Bengali film and theatre industries. A versatile actor, Ashutosh has worked in Indian films along with Kannada, Telugu, and Marathi films. He was born on November 10th 1964 in Dadarwara and had a knack for acting. His passion for acting prompted him to go to National School of Drama and studied acting. 

 

Starting his career on the television screen he first graced television in 1994 in a mini-series, Tahqiqat. He got his first break on the big screen, playing a clerk in Sanshodhan in 1995. His role in Dushman made him a well-known actor as he portrayed a psychopathic killer.  This led to his first set of awards for Best Villain in a movie at Filmfare and Screen Weekly Award.
