Shivani Gosain is a renowned TV actress who has been loved by viewers for her roles in popular Hindi TV serials. In July 2011, Shivani happily took a break from work and got engaged to a businessman she met via a social networking site. However, her marriage did not turn out to be a ‘happy’ one. She was traumatized by her husband right after a few days of marriage. Due to this reason, she filed a divorce within a few weeks and eventually severed all ties with the abusive man.
After the huge set-back, it took some time for the actress to get back to her career once again. She then appeared in some small, roles in serials like Saraswatichandra and Beintehaa. Currently Shivani is working on small Hindi-TV projects and practicing Buddhism for inner peace.
