I Love You is a light-hearted comic drama which follows the life of a married couple. Simran is a girl from Punjab, who married Siddharth, who is a Marathi boy. The show takes us on a beautiful journey along with the both of them. Their daily bantering as they face challenges as a couple forms the crux of the show. The serial showed a coming of age couple who is adjusting to living with each other. They come across regular inconveniences and challenges. Most newly married and even older couples could relate to their travails and laugh along. The excellence of the show lies in the fact that the characters are completely relatable. The couple is crazy about one another and love each other a lot but need their own space as well. The show artistically captures the challenges and gentle tussles which the two face as a couple.
