Lopamudra Mitra is a renowned singer with a euphonious voice. Also, she is a lyricist who has given plenty of remarkable works in the Music Industry. Her notable credits comprise of Annya Hawar Annya Gaan (1999), Kobita Theke Gaan (2002), Pran Khola Gaan (2003), and Po e Pora Fo e Fail (2008). She was born in South Gangarampur, Kolkata, West Bengal, to Pranab Mitra and Sumita Mitra. Lopamudra is graduated from Basanti Devi College, Kolkata. She was introduced to music by her father, a trained vocalist, and developed an interest in it. Since childhood, she had an interest in singing and was the winner of numerous musical competitions during her school and college days. Also, she won various scholarships in this line. Afterward, she grasped about Rabindra Sangeet from the famous Gitabitan Cultural Institute, and further, she learned music from trained people like Rita Roy and Anon Badhuri. Her interest in music gradually increased and motivated her to keep learning. Soon, she was completely indulged in the world of music.

Mir Afsar Ali is an Indian Radio Jockey, television Actor, Anchor, Comedian, and Singer who was born on 13th February 1975 in Murshidabad, West Bengal. He completed his schooling at The Assembly of God Church School, Kolkata, and graduated from Umes Chandra College. Later, he married Soma Bhattacharjee on 16th May 1997. His wife is a doctor by profession and they have a daughter named Muskan.

Arfin Rana is a famous singer. He has sung as a playback singer in many shows. He was fond of singing since childhood, so he got a music education and took his first step towards making a career in singing. Raj Chakroborty is an Indian film director who has worked in several Bollywood movies and series. Raj’s actual name is Raju Chakraborty. He was born on 22 February 1975 in Halisahar, West Bengal, India. He did his schooling from Rishi Bankim Chandra Colleges, Naihati. Raj married Shatabdi Mitra in 2006 and later got married with Subhashree Ganguly in 2018. Raj has worked in the film industry as a director, producer, and actor. He made his debut in the year 2008. In 2008 he directed the movie Chirodini Tumi Je Amar. Some of the movies which are directed by Raju are Bojhena Shey Bojhena, Parbona Ami Chartey Tokey, Parineeta, and many more. As an actor he has worked in movies like Chirodini Tumi Je Amar, Chaamp, Uma, and many more. He has produced several films like Noor Jahaan and Dharmajuddha.

Abhijeet was born in Kanpur and belongs to a Bengali family. He got his primary and secondary education from Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School, Kanpur, and got his higher secondary education from BNSD Inter College Chunni Ganj, Kanpur. In 1977, he did his graduation in commerce from Christ Church College, Kanpur. In 1970, he started singing on stage. He learned and developed his singing style by listening to Kishore Kumar’s songs. In 1981, he went to Mumbai to get a degree in chartered accountancy, but his passion towards music was very strong, therefore he started his singing career.

Rashid khan is a classical vocalist known for his mastery in classical music. He was born in Badayun on 1st July 1966. He is a stage performer are rarely sang for movies. His most notable movie song was in “Jab We met” named “AogeJub tum”. Rashid khan is the great grandson of the legendary UstadInayat Hussain Khan who is also the founder of the Rampur-SahaswanGharana. Since his early years, Rashid has been trained in the classic genre. Under the supervision of his grand uncle, UstadNissar Khan, Rashid was proclaimed by PanditBhimsen as the “assurance for the future of Indian vocal music”.

Jeet Gannguli is a famous singer and music composer of Hindi and Bengali films. He was born as Chandrajeet Ganguly on February 10, 1977, in Mumbai, India. He started his journey as a musician at the tender age of three. He completed his studies at Baranagore Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama High School in West Bengal and subsequently graduated from the University of Calcutta. 

Jeet was trained in classical music under his father, Kali Ganguly’s guidance, along with his aunt, Shibani Roychowdhury. He also studied jazz, rock and western classical music with Karlton Kitto. He has scored music for several Bollywood and Tollywood films. Jeet got his first major break when he teamed up with Pritam Chakraborty in scoring the music for Sanjay Gadhvi’s Tere Liye in 2001. 

The Jeet-Pritam duo was roped in another Gadhvi’s film, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai in the following year. They composed all the songs in the movie. When the duo parted ways, he started to score music for Hindi and Bengali movies, television series and jingles. He composed the music for the Bollywood film, Morning Walk, from which he won the Upcoming Music Composer of the Year award in Mirchi Music Awards in 2009 for the song Bhor Bhayo. Jeet scored music for films like Cheenti Chennti Bang Bang, Mumbai Cutting, Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi, Blood Money and Raaz 3. 

In 2013, he composed six songs from the blockbuster romantic musical drama film, Aashiqui 2. He earned Filmfare Award, Zee Cine Award and IIFA Award for Best Music Director for this movie. He also received a nomination at the Screen Awards for Best Music Director. 

Later, he scored few songs from the films Youngistaan, Singham Returns and City Lights. This 2015, he worked for films like Alone, Mr. X Khamoshiyan, Welcome to Karachi, Hamari Adhuri Kahani, Ishqedarriyaan. He is currently working in the upcoming Bollywood films Phir Se, Ishq Junoon, Hate Story 3, Junooniyat and Secret. 

He made his acting debut in Bengali through the 2004 film, Premi; the remake of the Telugu film, Nee Sneham. He was starred and worked on the music of the Bengali films Bandhan in 2004 and Yuddho and Shubhodrishti in 2005. He scored the music for several Bengali films including Eri Naam Prem, Refugee, I Love You, Tiger, Premer Kahini. Mon Mane Na, Amanush, Paglu, Awara, and Boss: Born to Rule, Rangbaaz, Game, Herogiri, Besh Korechi Prem Korechi and many more.
