Tamil Tv Show Rewind

Rewind is a Tamil serial which used to air on Sun Music TV channel. The show used to telecast in 2013 and was among the most-watched series on the television and used to come on the network every Saturday which was one of the main reasons for the success of the series. The format of the serial was that it used to invite high- profile celebrities mainly singers from the Tamil industry and also from the Hindi film industry. Then the host used to introduce them to the audience and also used to tell the viewers about their achievements.

Then the invited guest used to sing a couple of his/her own songs which used to mesmerise the spectators a lot. Some of the notable personalities on the sets of Rewind were Ajith. His episode was aired on the network on 23 February 2013. Among the people who were invited, one of them included of A R Rahman, who is regarded as the most exceptionally talented singer in India and in the world and has gained a lot of praise at Oscar’s awards. His episode of the serial was aired on 23 March 2013. They even used to play some of the old and renowned songs which are all time favourite of the audience and they still love to hear those tunes. They were very much liked by the viewers and thus the show backed a lot of appreciation from the spectators which led to the increase in the TRP of the series and that of the channel.

As it was a show which used to give emphasis on music and tells the people the importance of music in one’s life thus through various acts and things the makers used to try to achieve it. The series also stands to invite Vijay Chandrashekhar on the sets in a distinct episode of the serial. It was also a talk show where the host and the invited guest used to have a conversation about the success of the musician and the way they reached their stardom. Thus it was a full of entertainment show which aimed at revealing that how music plays a vital role in everyone’s life. 

They used to sing the old classic songs and also some of the famous and widespread songs of the guest so that the folks come to know what them. Thus it was regarded as one of its kind series on the network at that time and was thus liked very much by the audience.
