Shyam is a Malayalam movie which has been directed by Sebastian Maliyekkal. It is a film about relationships and friendships.

Plot The story revolves around the life of Shyam who has recently lost his father in a mishap at a very young age. He is very depressed and sad at such a great loss. Thus the movie stands to tell the bond between him and his mother i.e. how they tried to maintain themselves. It also shows the relationship between Shyam and his close friends. They used to pass a lot of time with each other, and these were the only friends who have given him support during his harsh times. Thus the script tells the importance of each and every relation in one’s life and its correct value.

Analysis: The flick has been directed by Sebastian Maliyekkal and produced under the banner of Rajageetham films. The script has also been written by the director who is quite impressive. He has tried every possible manner to make the picture a huge hit. He has shot the movie at various places to create that charm to the plot. The music is decent, and the tones are great. Verdict: In all the entire movie is fine and can be seen at least once. Although it has some defaults, on a whole it is nice and the hard work done is commendable.
