Plot

The simple plot is about the life of the football team captain Sathyan, the unsung hero. The film is about how he loved the game, more than his wife. The lack of recognition brought him a depressed state and made him take his life. He committed suicide by jumping before a running train in Chennai.

Star Performance

Jayasurya has lived in the biographical movie. Jayasurya has just reflected the feelings of VP Sathyan. Renji Panicker played the coach Jaffar and his performance is excellent. Analysis

Prajesh Sen, the director, has come with a strong script in his debut. He has done no major mistakes. Whether it is the artist selection or the dialogues section, Prajesh has done his best. Some dialogues uttered by Renji Panicker and Jayasurya create goosebumps for the sports lovers. Production values are good.
