Priya Himesh is a renowned female playback singer primarily working in South Indian Film Industry. She has sung in various languages including Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Odiya etc. His most popular song across the whole India remains RingaRinga from movie Aarya 2 for which she also won Film fare Awards South. Priya was born 10 February 1982 in the suburbs of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. From a very early age, she was into singing and had classical training within her family. After completing her studies at Chennai University, she started auditioning to try her luck in the film industry as a singer.

Chitra Shenoy is now a household name among Malayalam viewers. She plays the role of a greedy, cruel mother in law in the daily soap, Sthreedhanam. Sthreedhanam is telecasted by Asianet television channel and is very popular among lady viewers. The character Sethu Lakshmi is very strong and is safe in the hands of Chitra. Sethu Lakshmi rules of over her husband, three sons, and daughter in laws. She is greedy for money is ready to go till any extent to earn it. She uses her three children as her weapons to amass huge money in the form of dowry from their brides. Sethu Lakshmi is Chitra's first negative character so far. Chitra also won the best negative character award in 2014.

Vijayalakshmi Singh is a Kannada film actress who was born in Chennai. The actress has so far acted in 25 Kannada movies and 15 movies in other south Indian regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam) and many of them have provided her lead or supporting roles. However, in her first movie ‘Nagamandala’, she was paired as a leading lady opposite Prakash Raj. The film was adapted from a play written by prolific Kannada actor and director Girish Karnad. Vijayalakshmi Singh handled a strong feminine character in this movie who was torn between her lover and husband.

Bhargavi Narayan is an actor predominantly working in the Kannada Film Industry. She hails from Bangalore, Karnataka. She was an eminent theatre personality, before transitioning into films. She debuted in the 1974 drama “ Eradu Kanasu.” She performed alongside Rajkumar, Kalpana, Manjula, and Balakrishna. D Bhagavan directed the motion-picture. The movie released on 18^th March 1974 to widespread acclaim from critics and audiences alike. Bhargavi has acted in several films and TV shows that have been critically acclaimed and commercially successful. Some of her prominent works include Mukta(Etv), Pallavi (1976), Muyyi (1979), and Jambo Savari (1993), Idolle Ramayana, Raajakumara (2017), Premier Padmini(2018), and Manthana (Etv). Bhargavi resides in Bangalore.

Santosh Anandram is a highly talented person since he is just not a superb director but also a screen writer as well as a lyricist. Born in Bangalore, emerged from Kota, Udupi district in Karnataka, Santosh mainly works in Kannada cinema. He completed his schooling from Malleshwaram Primary & High School.

Vijay Kirangadur is an Indian producer who majorly deals in the Kannada cinema or Sandalwood. He is the owner of Hombale Films. His company set foot in the Kannada cinema in the year 2014, with the movie, Ninninde, which starred a very famous name in the Sandalwood, Puneeth Rajkumar. Even though this movie being from the Kannad cinema, it grossed over ₹75cr, and this was just the beginning. His production house was also involved in the film KGF.

Venkatesh Anguraj is a Film cinematographer. He mainly works for Kannada Film Industry. He also works with Telugu and Tamil Industry. His other name is A. Venkatesh. Angurajhas also associated with directors like Saran, Venkatesh, and Suraj. He did 30 plus movies in his career. He made his debut with the project Endendigu. As a cinematographer, he did Sikka in the year 1997, Marumagan in the year 1995, Samurai in the year 2002, Agni Gundam in the year 1984, Nadhi in the year 1969, Maqsad in the year in the year 1984, VeeraThalattu in the year 1998, PyarHuaChoriChori in the year 1991.

V. Harikrishna is an Indian movie background score and soundtrack author, playback vocalist and also a movie producer. He has primarily produced background score for many Kannada movies. After his job as a software engineer and associate music artist, he made his entrance as a free music director in the movie Jothe Jotheyali, which starred the famous actor Darshan and was released in the year 2006. From that point onwards, he has been making music for many of Darshan's movies. 

Ghouse Peer is a professional Indian film Lyricist and Director. He works preferably for the Kannada movie industry. Peer has joined hands in some popular movies like Naduve Antaravirali, Krishnan S/O CM. His previous film, which made the hit was Naduve Antaravirali in the year 2018. He began his career in the year 2013, with the film I Am in Love, which was of the romance genre and has been released on 9th august of that year. Then in the year 2015, he made his debut in his directorial movie Sharpshooter, which was released on 11th December. In the same year, Masterpiece was another film which was released on 24th December 2015.

Yogaraj Bhat was born on 8th October, 1973 in Mandarthi, in coastal district Udupi of Karnataka. He is the 7th child of Ramachandra and Jayalakshmi Bhat. Ramachandra lost his life in a boat mishap.

Yogaraj is a famous director in Sandalwood industry. He has also tasted success as a lyricist, producer and screenwriter. He is mostly known for his 2006 hit Mungaru Male, which was written by Bhat along with Preetam Gubbi. He directed the film and wrote lyrics with others. Mungaru Male recorded the highest box office collections in Sandalwood history. His other achievements include introducing talented technicians to the industry like Pawan Kumar of Lucia, Pawan Wadeyar and many others.

His lyricist journey started with Mungaru Maleye from his film Mungaru Male and there was no looking back. He has written lyrics for more than 100 super hit songs for the films such as Gaalipata, Jackie, Junglee, Hudugaru, Paramathma, Pancharangi, Chingari, Super, Anna Bond, Crazy Loka, Shiva, Lifeu Ishtene, Johny Mera Naam, Victory and many more. He is so versatile that he can write a song like Mungaru Maleye and a fast one like Hale Paathre, showing his range of lyrical talent.

Bhat was inspired by classics like Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather, Akira Kurosawa's Ran and came to Bangalore at 22, to become a cameraman. As a newcomer, he served as an assistant to Girish Kasaravalli, Sunil Kumar Desai and many others. He was more thrilled about watching film making at close quarters than working with big names.

Bhat directed a TV serial, before making his first film. But it took him 8 years, before a producer could back him independently. His first movie was Mani and that showed memorable performances by Rangayana Raghu and veteran actress Umashree, both won State awards for their roles in the movie. Then he directed Ranga SSLC (2004) starring Sudeep and Ramya in the leading roles, however it did not do very well.

His next film after a long break Mungaaru Male became the biggest hit in South India, creating a record and followed by another hit, Gaalipata. He also acted in the film Dyavre for one of his assistants, which started his acting career.

After the success of "Dhinka Chika" song for Salman Khan, starrer "Ready", South Indian composer Devi Sri Prasad, has been getting numerous offers in Bollywood. Devi Sri Prasad liked the evergreen film ‘Sholay’ so much in his youth days, that he has seen the movie many times in his young days, and had then made his thoughts to make his journey to the film world. 

Puneeth was born on 17th March 1975 in Madras, Tamilnadu. He entered the industry when he was six months old. Puneeth Rajkumar was not only an actor but a producer, singer, and TV Presenter. He hosted Kannadada Kotyadhipati for the 1^st, 2^nd, and 4^th seasons. Puneeth was the brand ambassador of Nandini Milk Products of the Karnataka Milk Federation. He was also the ambassador of Royal Challengers Bangalore, the Karnataka team in the Indian Premier League. Santhosh Venky is an Indian playback singer who has worked in various Tamil and Kannadian movies and albums. He was born in Bangalore, India. Santhosh Venky started his career in the year 2011 in the film Krishnan Marriage Story. He has been felicitated with several awards such as Karnataka State Film Award in 2015 for Sundarangiye of the film Preethiyalli Sahaja, Filmfare award in 2015 for Raja Raniyanthe of Rhaatee, SIIMA awards in 2015 for Raja Raniyanthe of Rhaatee, Mirchi Awards for Raja Raniyanthe in 2015, and SIIMA awards in 2018 for Salaam Rocky bha of KGF Chapter 1.

Sonu Nigam is a renowned Bollywood singer and composer. He was born on July 30, 1973 in Faridabad, Haryana. Hailing from a musical background, both his parents are singers. He is the son of singer Agam Kumar Nigam. The first performance he gave was at the tender age of 3 when he performed the song Kya Hua Tera Wada by Mohammed Rafi. Besides singing Hindi songs he has recorded songs in Kannada, Assamese, Oriya, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, Nepali and Marathi languages. He is amongst the top Playback singers in Bollywood and has also released a few individual pop albums. Nigam moved to Mumbai at the age of 19, to start a career in Bollywood as a singer. He is the prodigy of famous Hindustani classical singer Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan. Though he started his career by covering songs of Mohammed Rafi under the T-Series record label owned by Gulshan Kumar, his first break came in 1990 when he did playback singing in the movie called Janam. In 1995 he started hosting the popular musical TV show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, after which he delivered the famous single Acha Sila Diya Tune for the film Bewafa Sanam. Vijay Prakash is an Indian playback singer and film composer. He was born in Mysore and moved to Mumbai in 1996. He worked in so many Hindi films including Blue, Yuvraaj, Swades, Kaal, Lakshya, Matrubhoomi, Tere Naam, Cheeni Kum, Raavan, and Force.

KM Prakash is an Indian editor of films. He was born in the city of Bangaluru, located in Karnataka, India. He has worked in industries like Sandalwood, Kollywood, and Tollywood. He works predominantly in the Kannada movie industry. He has worked in popular movies like Trivikrama, Marigold, etc. His latest film was Trivikrama which will be released in 2021. Trivikrama is a romantic movie starring Vikram Ravichandran, Akansha Sharma, and Akshara Gowda. The movie is directed by Sahana Murthy S and produced by Somanna. He is the candidate for the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Editor for the movie “Tony,” released in 2013. He made his debut in 2009 as a film editor in the film “Meghave Meghave.”

Achyuth Kumar was born in Bangalore. He has acted in both Kannada and Tamil movies. He was trained in "Ninasam", a cultural organization committed to the development of drama, films and publishing, in the Shimoga district of Karnataka. He made his debut in the Kannada film 'Josh' in 2009. He is widely known for his spectacular performances in the Kannada films, Lucia and Sidlingu. However, he gained widespread critical acclaim and fame for his character as movie theatre owner Shankaranna in the super hit film Lucia, which made him an overnight star and bagged him prestigious Filmfare award for Best Supporting Actor. He is one of the tremendous performers in the emotional roles and character-based roles. He shot to fame and people started to notice his acting abilities from the super hit movie ‘Aa Dinagalu’ released in the year 2007, as underworld don Oil Kumar.

Ananth Nag is an actor. He was born on 24th November in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has worked in Tamil and Malayalam films. Ananth Nag’s acting debut had been in the film ‘Neram’ released in 2013. He also acted in films like ‘Amara Kaaviyam’ released in 2014 and ‘Premam’ released in 2015. Ananth Nag pursued graduation with a bachelor's degree from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and began working as a software engineer.

Chikkanna was born in Ballahalli district of Mysuru city in Karnataka, India. He has been working in the show-business since 2011. He is best known for his works in the Kannada cinema. He has played many comic roles in various south Indian films. He debuted on television in a Mysore-based comedy show, titled Drishya Kalavide.

Honnavalli Krishna is a film actor. He mainly acts in the Kannada films. He has worked in the movies such as Anand (1986), Ratha Sapthami (1986), Aasegobba (1990), Janumada Jodi (1996). Krishna’s journey to the film industry has been a long narrative. Honnavalli Krishna spent forty-five years with Raj Kumar, the famous actor. He was an immense fan of Raj Kumar, Krishna wanted to see Raj Kumar. He departs from his village Honnavalli in the Taluk of Arakalgudu and goes to Bangalore to meet the actor Raj Kumar in the year of 1969. He was born in a poor family. Prakash Raj, born on 26th of March, 1965, as Prakash Rai, in Bangalore, is an actor, director, and producer. He is also a television presenter and has worked in films of many languages. He is best known for his work in the film industry of South India, and for playing roles of a villain in quite a few Bollywood films. He hails from a Tulu and Kannada-speaking household and is fluent in various other languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. He also has an actor brother named Prasad Raj. He studied at St. Joseph’s Boy’s School, and subsequently, at St. Joseph’s College of Commerce. Both institutions are in Bangalore. Prakash has three children, Meghana, Pooja, and Sidhu, from his earlier marriage to the actress Lalitha Kumari. His son, unfortunately, passed away in the year 2004. He is currently married to the choreographer Pony Verma. In the first few years of his career, he worked in Kannada Doordarshan, doing serials like Guddada Bhootha, and he also acted in supporting roles in Kannada movies like Nishkarsha.

Rangayana Raghu was born on 30th November, 1963. He acts in Kannada film industry and his genre is comedy. Till date he has appeared over 100 films and most of them have been comic roles.

He began his career in theatre group by name Rangayana in Mysore, way back in 1988.  His initial salary was just Rs 800 per month. He was supposed to make his debut with 1995 film Suggi, which was directed by award winning director Hamsalekha. Unfortunately, Suggi was shelved and never released.

His first major release was 2002 film Dhumm, starring Kiccha Sudeep and Rakshita directed by M.S. Ramesh. He went to act in films like Ranga SSLC, Rakshasa, and many more. However his best films till date are 2007 film Duniya and 2013 film Director's Special.

Duniya showcased Raghu at his best. Overall Duniya bagged 4 Karnataka State Film awards in 2007, including Best Supporting Actor for Rangayana Raghu. Director’s Special is a Kannada satire comedy film, written and directed by Guruprasad. Along with debutant Dhananjay, Rangayana Raghu essays the role of lead Panche Shastry / Ramachandra. This movie really showed Rangayana Raghu’s theatrical background and what he can do in a film with his power packed performance which was a mix of comedy and sarcasm.

Sadhu Kokila is a Kannada actor who primarily works on comedy roles. He is also a director and music composer. Rakta Kanneeru, Om and Shhh are some of the movies that he directed and also acted. The Vijay starrer Devru was also directed by him.
Born on 24th March, 1966, Sadhu Kokila, also known as Kokila Sadhu, hails from a family of musically inclined people. His father was a violinist in a music group of Karnataka Police Department. His sister and mother are singers. Layendra, Kokila’s brother, is also an actor. Kokila pursued his schooling at St. Joseph’s Indian High School in Bangalore. Kannada star Upendra provided him with the name Sadhu Kokila. 
Kokila kickstarted his career in the film industry as a musician and eventually he was referred to Kasturi Shankar, another musician. He has the reputation of being one of the swiftest keyboard players in India. Kokila has helmed direction for 12 Kannada flicks, and 6 of them were remakes. His directorial venture Anarkali was dropped midway. 
Kokila expresses that audiences and the media question whether his films are a remake or original. He had made up his mind not to endeavor in remakes. He feels that composing music requires a lot of creativity. As far as his comedy stint is concerned, he is loved by the audience. And about acting he feels that it is exciting. Sadhu Kokila has received awards for music direction twice. 
As far as remakes are concerned Kokila is of the view that there are creative limitations. But originals are enjoyable both in the sense of creativity and visualization. Sadhu Kokila along with Doddanna make a good pair for situation comedies. Kokila is compared with Johnny Lever of Bollwyood,for his comedy skills. 
On his personal front, Kokila is wedded to Saleena. They are blessed with two sons. 

A. Harsha is an Indian film director and choreographer. He was born in the Bengaluru city in the state of Karnataka. His father is T. Ashok and mother Poornima Ashok. He has a brother named Bharath Ashok who currently resides in California State of the Unites States. Harsha received his education from Sri Kumaran Children’s Home and Holy Saint English School. He also holds a diploma in Automobile from the Oxford College in Bangalore. He tied the knot with Sitara Vaidya and has two children named Aarya Jeevothama and Viraaj Jeevothama. His passion for dancing was developed from his childhood years and he received all the support from his family. He got spotted by a movie star in a stage show when he was offered to choreograph in the films. His career started as a stage choreographer and dancer along with his team named Xtremers. He works in films of Kannada language. He has done around 500 stage shows and also choreographed for about 100 movies featuring 300 songs approximately.

Avinash is a Kannada actor, who has starred in South Indian language films and notably in the Kannada, Telugu and Tamil film industries. Avinash completed Master of Arts in Literature from the Mysore University and began his Career as a lecturer of English. In the beginning of his career, he was very active in the English theater circuit in Bangalore. He was following theater during his college days and he got into films. Avinash has acted in more than 200 movies in his career. Avinash married lawyer turned actress Malavika, who was his co-star in the soap opera Mayamriga.

Avinash made his debut in the movie ‘Thrishoola’. Unfortunately, the movie was not released due to reasons. He was introduced to the Kannada film industry through another movie “Samyuktha”. His first notable role was as saint Madhvacharya in the movie Madhavacharya by G.V.Iyer. Some of the famous films in which he acted are Chinnari Mutha, Nishkarsha, Mathadaana, lockup death, Appu, Dweepa, Chigurida Kanasu, Apthamitra, Chandramukhi, and Amrithadhare. For over a period of years, Avinash with his exceptional acting steadily built a place for himself in the film industry. Avinash is much sought after supporting actor in the Kannada film industry.

Avinash B. S. is a motion picture actor from India. He acts in Kannada films predominantly. Avinash was an entrepreneur by profession initially. Most of the actors in the tinsel town are not comfortable doing minor roles, but this actor has no qualms about it. He also impressed the Telugu audience with his performance in Thila Danam. His acting wooed audiences with brilliant performance in Kempe Gowda (2011). Many would have raised eyebrows at the decision of Dattanna to move towards tinsel town, but so far, he received applauds for his acting in many films. Besides grabbing the National Awards twice in 2003 and 2012, Dattareya had received the Best Actor Award in International Film Festival in Fiji in 2013. Dattareya’s performance in Neer Dose with “Jaggesh,” "Haripriya" and Suman Ranganathan is unforgettable. In 2017, he played in Srinivasa Kalyana, “Jilebi,” a comedy horror thriller, Prathima, “Raajakumara,” Tab, Kempirve and Hombanna. In 2018, he played in more than half a dozen films including a web series titled Joshelay. 2019 started with success for Dattareya through Jaggesh movie Premier Padmini. He played in the high budgeted multi-starrer Bollywood film, Mission Mangal with Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen and Sonakshi Sinha, directed by Jagan Shakti.

Sarathkumar is famous south Indian film actor. He is also a acclaimed journalist, politician and film critic. He was born and brought up in Delhi. He has acted in more than 150 Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada movies. His debut performance was in a Telugu movie “Samajamlo Sthree” whose producer was his friend. His character was having negative undertones. The film was a block office failure and didn’t create appreciation.

While he was working in Chennai, he got the opportunity to work in Tamil movies. He cast the role of a business man in “Pudu Padagan”. His appearance in “Velai Kidaichuduchu” was also noted. The film tells the struggle of youth to end up with a job. The film received good response and was declared a box office hit.

He also made a magnificent performance in the move Pazhassi Raja, directed by Hariharan. This was his debut performance in a Malayalam film. The film was well received and a box office hit.
