Shreya Ghoshal, one of the most famous singers in Bollywood today, was born on March 12th, 1984, in Berhampore, West Bengal. Her father Biswajit Ghoshal is an electrical engineer and mother Sharmistha Ghoshal is a postgraduate in literature. She started singing since the age of 4 when her mother taught her. She started her formal training in Hindustani classical Gharana of music when she was only six years old. She was trained for 18 months after which she continued her training in Mumbai with Late Mukta Bhideji. She completed her graduation in Arts with majors in English. Her first on-stage performance was at their club’s annual function. Her first studio album was in Bengali in 19998 and was named Bendhechhi Beena, and her first onscreen performance was in Awaz Nayi Andaaz Wohi. In 1995, she became the winner of All India Light Vocal Music Competition. Her fame and career began with her winning a television singing reality show named Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

Shashank Siddamsetty is a Telugu film actor born on 22 November 1979. He was brought up in Secunderabad, and his roots are in Telangana. Shashank’s first two films Aithe and Sye went on hit. He won Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actor in the ‘Sye’. His third movie, Anukokunda Oka Roju, was another success for him. Shashank faced his first flop after giving the movie ‘Party’. His most recent film is ‘Prem’. The First one, Aithe, won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu. He has also given two movies in the Kannada language, i.e., Devadas and Krishnan Marriage Story. His Hindi film was ’50 Lakh’. His realistic portrayal of a cabbie in latest hit flick AOR has got him tremendous recognition. He had an exclusive interview with ldlebrain.com in which he shared about his education background, and how he got into the film career. He completed his B.Com through distance learning in Andhra University.

Ajay Rao is an Indian Film actor primarily working in Kannada films. He was born on 24th January, 1980 in Hospet, Karnataka. He is considered to be one of the most talented actors in Kannada Industry and he is also popular by the name “Sandalwood Krishna”. His first film titled “Excuse Me” is known to be a big hit. Sai Sarvesh worked in popular films such as Premier Padmini in 2019, Namo, Gowdru cycle in 2019. He penned songs in Mufti. Trayodasha is a movie that released in 2019 in which Sai Sarvesh worked as a lyricist. Trayodasha is a horror film which is directed by SS Umesh with Ramesh Bhatt, Deepu, and Chaita in lead roles.

"Naveen Sajju is an Indian singer and also directs music in so many Kannada Movies. He was born and brought up in Mysore city of Karnataka. He is one of the famous playback singer and loves to perform before the audience. He had also appeared in Big Boss Kannada Season 6.

Puneeth was born on 17th March 1975 in Madras, Tamilnadu. He entered the industry when he was six months old. Although he hails from Madras, he was brought up in Bengalaru. He left his studies in order to work in the cinema but later achieved a diploma in computer science privately. He has a family background where all his brothers, as well as his father, are involved in the same industry. As a child artist, Puneeth worked in movies like ‘Geetha and Bhagyavantha’. He was applauded for his performance as a child and received national film award for best child artist.

In 2002, Puneeth was seen playing the lead role for the first time in ‘Appu’. He received a national award for his movie ‘Butada hoovu’. Puneeth is trained in dancing, fighting and martial arts. He was involved in the mining business for a short span of time. Shashank Sheshagiri is a Kanada singer, music composer, and music director. He has sung in many popular movies like Randhawa (2019), Avane Srimannarayana, Padde Huli and others.

Tippu is a playback singer of Indian cinema. He has worked in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages. He has lent his voice to over 4000 songs in the four south Indian languages. Naveen is an Editor in Kannada Film Industry. He hails from Bengaluru, Karnataka. He pursued his graduation from Bangalore University in Computer Application from 2004 to 2007. Further he did diploma in video editing from Flash Frame Visual Academy in the year 2011. Later in the same year, he did an eight week filmmaking program from New York Film Academy. He is also fluent in five languages namely English, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu.

Having done 1200+ films, Sudheera boasts 35 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer, mirroring all his successes. He is the founder of Raghvendra Chitravani. The all-time best movies, “Mungaru Male” and “Dhuniya” got him recognition for his work. He is continuing Sri Raghavendra Chitravani’s legacy. He was born in East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. At the age of two, their family moved to Hyderabad, so he was grown up in Hyderabad.

He learnt Kathak (Indian classical dance) while he was studying 3rd class. Afterwards he learnt Bangra (dance originating from the Punjab region) extensively for eight years. He moved to Hyderabad and started his acting career. He was offered one of the main roles in ‘Nuvve’ by Gopichand (Telugu film director). He got more opportunities in big movies like Bommarillu, Sainikudu and Rakhi. He was presently busy in Tollywood acting in supporting roles.

He also acted in a TV serial named “Mogalirekulu” which was aired on Gemini TV. Mogalirekulu is an Indian soap opera created and written by Manjula Naidu and Bindi Naidu (sister’s leading the TV serial industry as writers, directors and producers). It was started on February 18, 2008 and ended on May 24, 2013.

Ravi Varma is an actor who has been working in the Telugu film industry as a supporting actor and side character for a  long time. Born in Andhra Pradesh in a very affluent family, Ravi had hopes of getting into the film industry since his early days in school, where he was inspired by the cinema. He was raised in Hyderabad from where he completed his graduation in engineering. After his graduation, he moved to New York City to complete his post-graduation and he later got a job in NYC itself. He is one of the tremendous performers in the emotional roles and character-based roles. He shot to fame and people started to notice his acting abilities from the super hit movie ‘Aa Dinagalu’ released in the year 2007, as underworld don Oil Kumar.

Normally movie comedians can boast of a higher number of movies than actors doing lead roles. This is simply because they can fit into a larger number of movies, a comedian having almost become a staple diet for movie goers. Even allowing for that bonus, the leading comedian of Kannada films, Bullet Prakash perhaps has had an unbelievingly prolific run, so much so, that his fans love to watch just the videos of his comic scenes over and over again. In fact even his screen name has a touch of funniness about it – although his real name is Prakash, the “Bullet” got added to it due to his fondness for his Royal Enfield Bullet motor bike which is his constant companion. This chubby faced 39 year old comedian, whose very facial expressions evoke laughter amongst his numerous fans, has so far clocked over 300 films in all, which also include a few in Telegu. In a career spanning 15 years it is no small feat to have acted on an average in more than 20 films per year. While the prefix “bullet” must have obviously brought him much luck in his career, the Bullet has also been the cause of a major mishap in his career. During the shooting of a bike stunt scene in the film “Bhujanga”, Bullet Prakash and lead actor Prajwal Devraj were both badly injured when trying out the stunt without dummies. In his own words, Prakash had declared that it could have been fatal, with the bike along with the lead actor falling on top of him. He felt it was really a providential escape and sheer good luck for him. This incident apart, Prakash has somehow always been in the news for something or the other, even getting embroiled in controversies, like the time he faced the ire of certain sections in Tamilnadu, trying to do a thinly veiled caricature of DMK leader Karunannidhi, in the 2012 Kannada film “Nimbe Huli”. Although he had nothing to do with politics in Tamilnadu, he did start dabbling in the politics of his own state Karnataka by first trying to enter municipal elections as a JDU(S) candidate, but later on joining the BJP, with which his mother is closely associated. While it would be difficult to talk about all his 300 plus movies, the ones which have been most popular include the 2008 released comedy romance “Mast Maja Maadi” and the 2010 out and comedy film “Aithalakkadi” with Prakash in one of the leading roles. “Mallikarjuna” in 2011 and more recently “Aryan” in 2014 are two of his other movies which need mention. His appearance on Kannada TV has also not been without a bit of sensation, as he joined the reality television show, “Big Bos” not as a regular participant but as a guest only.

Rangayana Raghu was born on 30th November, 1963. He acts in Kannada film industry and his genre is comedy. Till date he has appeared over 100 films and most of them have been comic roles.

He began his career in theatre group by name Rangayana in Mysore, way back in 1988.  His initial salary was just Rs 800 per month. He was supposed to make his debut with 1995 film Suggi, which was directed by award winning director Hamsalekha. Unfortunately, Suggi was shelved and never released.

His first major release was 2002 film Dhumm, starring Kiccha Sudeep and Rakshita directed by M.S. Ramesh. He went to act in films like Ranga SSLC, Rakshasa, and many more. However his best films till date are 2007 film Duniya and 2013 film Director's Special.

Duniya showcased Raghu at his best. Overall Duniya bagged 4 Karnataka State Film awards in 2007, including Best Supporting Actor for Rangayana Raghu. Director’s Special is a Kannada satire comedy film, written and directed by Guruprasad. Along with debutant Dhananjay, Rangayana Raghu essays the role of lead Panche Shastry / Ramachandra. This movie really showed Rangayana Raghu’s theatrical background and what he can do in a film with his power packed performance which was a mix of comedy and sarcasm.

He is a very famous Indian actor. Tabla Nani is working in both Indian theater and Kannada film industry. He got his first break in the year 2006 for a Kannada movie Mata. Though he was not the lead actor in the movie he played a great role as the supporting actor. The movie released in the year 2009 became the most critical point in the career of Tabla Nani, named Eddelu Manjunatha. His role and acting in this film brought him fame, popularity, and public appraisal. His career is short as he has started performing in the year 2006 only. But even in this short period, he achieved critical appraisal and got famous in the public as well as the Kannada Film Industry. Tamil Nani’s other movies like Rambo and Akka Pakkawas also a blockbuster, which leads the way to his successful career as an actor.
