Plot
Sharan essays the role of a petty realtor and, due to unforeseen circumstances, is trapped in a predicament over a litigated land. Watch the movie to find out how he emerges winner in braving all the odds.
Star Performances
Sharan has entertained us with a comic touch. Shruthi Hariharan looks good on screen and has done what is required of her, while Shubha Poonja is pretty ok in acting and she looks glamorous.

Director Harsha, who has given two subsequent hits Vajrakaya, and Bhajarangi has directed Jai Maruthi 800. He seemed to be sure that he comes out of the stereotyped movies that he has directed. And in Jai Maruthi 800 he has taken care to provide a total entertainer.
