Alan Rickman Who doesn’t know “Severus Snape” in Harry Potter s >> Read More... , the most versatile actor, and director has now come up with an Academy Award Winner movie ‘ A Little Chaos Click to look into! >> Read More... ’. It is his second directed movie after ‘The Winter Guest’. Starring Kate Winslet From television appearances to Hollywood’s film cr >> Read More... , Mattias Schoenaerts and Alan himself, this movie has won the hearts of the audience. The story of British period drama, this narrates the love of a landscaper, André Le Notre and a lady, Sabine de Barra, who has almost no gardening sense.

Plot: King Louis XIV of France, wanted to build a ‘Garden of Versailles’, to strengthen the beauty of his kingdom. For this project, he hired a landscaper named André Le Notre, who is known for his skills. André had to appoint constructors for his completion of work. So, he calls up some of them, in which there is a sole woman, namely, Sabine de Barra, who has a weak gardening sense, which he got to know soon during her interview. She has lost all her hope that she will ever be accepted, but, soon she is visited by André for her acceptance.

Now, she is given a project of building a fountain. Gradually, the bond between André and Sabine becomes stronger, and they fall in love. But André is already married and is not at all fulfilled by it. Now his wife is jealous of Sabine and tries to put her down. The rest of the story is all about their love, drama and building the magnificent Garden of Versailles.

Analysis: This movie would be the best suited for those, who love romance with a pinch of drama in it. With all the actors, giving the characters of the story a life, this movie is a must watch for everyone. The direction of this amazing work has taken it to the next level. The audience already loves the screenplay. Besides a good story, this film also gives us a lot of morals to bank upon. Undoubtedly, this film deserves to be the Academy Award winner.

Star Performances: Kate Winslet, as always, looks gorgeous in her role of Sabine de Barra. Mattias did a great job in impersonating André Le Notre and looked quite handsome. Whereas, Alan Rickman totally suited his role. Gale Egan, Andrea Calderwood, Bertrand Faivre did the production. The story, which is the spine of the film, is written by Allison Deegan. Distributed by Lionsgate, this movie falls under the production banner of Artemis Films, BBC Films, Lipsync Productions, Potboiler Productions. Ellen Kuras did a splendid job on the cinematography. The teamwork of the crew and cast has led this movie to the winners list of Academy Award. Peter Gregson gave the enchanting music.

What’s There?

• Beautiful story, with lots of drama and romance.

• Amazing acting and giving depth to the characters.

• Splendid cinematography.

What’s Not There?

• Matthias, who used to choose movies to show off the sexy side of him, is somewhat dead in this movie. Sad news Girls!!

• Matthias (André) is obsessed with patterns and perfection, but Kate (Sabine) is not a perfectionist, and still working for him.

Verdict: Ignoring almost ‘no flaws’, this movie is an art. The definition of all the characters and the story itself gives it a limelight to charm. A ‘must watch’ movie.
