P. Chandan

P Chandan, originally from Mysore, Karnataka, is a film editor, producer, director, colourist and media manager based in Bangalore. He went to St. Michael English School and then to Vishvamanava High School.  He graduated from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College of Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering for Information Science and has a diploma in Computer Science from M.N. Technical Institute. He is proficient in the languages English and Kannada.

He has worked as a Digitization Engineer at India Innovation Labs and is a self-employed video editor and colourist. He has worked on the action crime short film Bad Luck and several feature films such as Kempirve (2015), Cinema My Darling (2016), Unarvu (2018),  Mysore Diaries (2018), PursotRama (2018), Salam Benglur (2019). He has worked on the music video for Ebb n Flow by Roni, featuring Sweta in 2016 and has edited the movie Sri Ranga (2022), a comedy-drama written and directed by Venkat Bharadwaj Bio coming soon... >> Read More... , starring Amruthesh Ganjigunte, Girish Moole Hatti and Gajanana Hegde.

He has also contributed to the making of the Margakke Saavilla- Dr. M.M Kalburgi (2016), a documentary film depicting the murder of Dr. M.M Kalburgi in 2015, Kannada’s most renowned research scholar, in his residence by a group of unidentified killers. P Chandan has a self-titled YouTube Channel where he shares snippets of his editing and colouring works as well as details of the making of his esteemed projects.
