Shanavas. K Bavakutty is an Indian Film Director. He works in the Malayalam Film Industry. Shanavas was born on the 5th of July in the year 1977. He was born in Ponnani, Malappuram of Kerala. His father’s name is Bavakutty, and his mother’s name is Mariyu. He is married to Sabira. They have three kids whose names are Muhammed Shamil, Muhammed Shasil, and Muhammed Shahil.
He made his career as a Writer and Director in the Film Industry with the Malayalam Film Kismath (2016). Shanavaas is currently working for a film named Thottappan (2019) as a Director, which is under production. Shanavas won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Director Debut in 2016 for his film Kismath (2016). He also worked in short films like Black Board (2013), Eeran (2014), and Kanneru (2014). Some of his short films won a few awards in various short film festivals.
