During the procedure of scripting, they sought help from experts at the Forensic department ( Forensic Science Laboratory and the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology in Kerala ) to enhance the screenplay but gave a cinematic flourish to the movie concerning the development of a commercial formula and equation too.

He is an alumnus at TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where he has pursued Mechanical Engineering. Akhil Paul started his journey as a scriptwriter at the young age of 24 with the Malayalam thriller film titled 7th Day (2014), directed by Syamdhar. The movie earned the major success of that year in the box office. Akhil Paul mostly works in the industry, collaborating with his college friend Anas Khan. This duo has started working conjointly from the year 2008.
