Abhilash Vijay

Abhilash Vijay is a Malayalam actor, creative director, and writer who made his acting debut in 2018 in the series Kaligandaki, which is a Madhupal award-winning series, where he played the role of a notable lorry driver named Shekharan. He was born in Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, to parents E.K. Vijayan and K.K. Anandam. His brother, Ajash P. Vijayan, is a software professional. He then pursued his acting career by playing minor roles in dramas and films like Kapila Kochi, Veena, Oru Kuprasidha Payyan, and Valiyaperunnal. He was also notable for his role as a crime branch officer in the political thriller film Nayattu (2022). He recently worked on another thriller film named Iratta (2023). He played the role of CPO Abhilash.

Before his acting debut, he used to work as a designer in the advertising industry. He completed his education at Catholic High School and higher studies at Catholic College Pathanamthitta. During his time as a designer, he got the opportunity to work with various personalities and names, which include prominent figures like Renji Daniels, a famous graphic designer and the owner of the Blueyes Waterford. He also worked as an advertising associate for the photography exhibition of the photographer Harikrishnan G.
