Amrutha Murthy is an Indian actress and model who predominantly worked in the Kannada television industry. Her nickname is Ammu. Amrutha Murthy was born in 1993 and raised in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She did a BSc in Fashion and Apparel Design. Amrutha Murthy started her career as an advertiser and worked on a television soap opera. Additionally, she was provided with the opportunity to star in the immensely popular Kannadathi serial, directed by Yashwant Pandu; in this serial, she played the role of Suchitra, which is broadcast on the Colors Kannada TV channel and online streaming platforms MX Player and Voot, making her a well-known actress for that particular serial.
