Amrutha Murthy was born in 1993 and raised in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She did a BSc in Fashion and Apparel Design. Amrutha Murthy started her career as an advertiser and worked on a television soap opera. Additionally, she was provided with the opportunity to star in the immensely popular Kannadathi serial, directed by Yashwant Pandu; in this serial, she played the role of Suchitra, which is broadcast on the Colors Kannada TV channel and online streaming platforms MX Player and Voot, making her a well-known actress for that particular serial.
