Sherin Shringar

Sherin Shringar is an Indian Model turned actress. She is known by her stage name, Shirin or Sherin. She was born on 2nd May 1986 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She is the only child of her parents. She completed her schooling from Kaveri School. After finishing her schooling, she went to Baldwin’s Women’s Methodist College, but she discontinued it. She started her modeling career when she was just a teenager. Sherin made her debut in Kannada at the age of 16 with Darshan Thoogudeep in the film Dhruva in 2002. Her acting skills were appreciated by both the viewers and the critics. Later in 2003, she starred in Junior, a Telugu remake of the Thulluvadho IIamai. Junior didn’t stand up to the mark in the Telugu film industry. After that, she did many Tamil movies in the year 2003 which include Student Number 1, Kovilpatti Veeralakshmi and Whistle. Her role in Student Number 1 and Jaya went unrecognized. She is remembered for her role in the film Whistle. Though the movie did not receive much praise from the viewers, Sherin’s role in the movie was noticed. Sherin received critical acclaims for her role in Whistle.
