Sundeep Malani

Sandeep Malani is an Indian Film Director, Cinematographer, Script Writer, Choreographer, Dancer, and Actor. He worked in the Kannada, English and Hindi Film Industry. Sandeep was born on the 19th of November in the year 1971.

He is from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He grew up in Mangalore, Karnataka. He had his schooling from Milagres School in Mangalore. He got his Bachelor’s of Business Management from SDM College in Ujire, Karnataka.

He also did an additional course on Journalism from Sandesha in Mangalore. Initially, Sandeep worked as a Film Journalist in The Canara Times of Mangalore. He later worked in The Times of India in Bangalore for a few years. Sandeep started his career as a Director with an English film “1995 A Dance Story” (1995).

He also worked as the Choreographer and a Dancer in the film. Sandeep then worked as a co-director for the Kannada film “Miss California.” He also directed the films “SMS 6260” (2006), “Who 5 Din” (2011), “Janleva 555” (2012), “Sulige Sikkidaaga” (2014), and “Yeh cinemaa Hai” (2017). Sandeep also directed about ten short films and about five documentaries.

Sandeep also choreographed few songs in Bollywood films like “ Chennai Express Click to look into! >> Read More... ” and a few more. Sandeep married Reshma, an employee in a logistics company. They have a son whose name is Silver Rensan Malani. Silver Rensan is a musician.
