Harmeet Sawhney is an actor. He is known for Omerta (2017), Hate Story IV (2018) and Nice 2 Meet U. He is a trained Actor, and he is always open to various opportunities, even if that meant starting his career as a Presenter which is technically very dissimilar from being an Actor. Acting roles are tough to come by, and often people get disheartened and give up. But he chose to ignore the norm and make his way by continuously working in the entertainment industry in all forms. He grabbed every chance that came his way, whether it was Radio, TV or Theatre. He even worked as an extra in a South Indian film as he believes that no work is too small. His aim has always been to gain experience, and he feels it’s the best way to improve his skills. He was Presenter first on Radio and then on TV, and this gave him a chance to connect with the audience, develop his strengths, and improve his weaknesses. Each step he has made has been a solid foundation for the next phase.

He is proud of where and how he started and all the work he has done so far. He had experienced a journey, filled with moments, that teach, and mold him every day. He never forgets the first time he operated a radio fader during a live show. That adrenaline rush and anxiety will always be an amicable memory in his presenting background. Being live on national Radio is enormously thrilling and rewarding for him. He often had listeners calling in who showered love and blessings on him. It made him realize the real power of entertainment, and he felt gifted to possess such a talent. B4U has given him a huge platform, one where he is allowed to grow with each show, interview, and observe world-famous artists. He got to interview his wife Rekha on TV for a film festival she was performing. He saw a poster for the play ‘Beyond Singularity’ on social media and was intrigued by the title and concept. He instantly messaged the Writer-Director and expressed his interest.

He was fortunate enough to be called for an audition. However, they were considering him to play the role of a journalist in the play due to his current presenting experience. He happened to read the main character lines, and blatantly told both the Directors that he wanted to play the lead role. They were not sure of his abilities at that point because playing the main lead meant dedicating a lot of time for rehearsals and homework, which he didn’t have. He was determined and persuasive and requested them to let him audition before making a final decision. They decided to try him out, but because of his shameless relentlessness. He got a text from the Director with the good news. He wants to be able to act and present in all forms. He plans to continue working as a Presenter on B4U Music, and look for new exciting acting roles at the same time. Radio, TV, Theatre, Films – his hunger to succeed in all forms increases continuously. Talent should have no limits, and he wants to be that individual who can present himself in every way possible, break all boundaries and pave the way for his contemporaries.
