Charlie McDermott, the full name Charlie Joseph McDermott Jr. is an actor of American origin. He works in the film and television industry. He was born in West Chester Pennsylvania in the U.S. He started his high school education at Salesianum in Wilmington, Delaware, but later graduated from 8PA Leadership Charter School (PALCS), an online school in Pennsylvania. When he was 16 years old, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Since 2004, McDermott has appeared in various TV series including The Office Story Coming Soon >> Read More... and Private Practice. His most notable roles are as Axl Heck on The Middle, Wild Bill in Disappearances, and T.J. Eddy in Frozen River. McDermott got married to Sara Rejaie in 2017.
