Kartik is a motivational speaker cum radio host in Rajasthan. He was born on 22^nd December 1990 in Jaipur. Kartik has a brother and a sister. He is married to Ashwini.

Kartik started his career as an intern in 2009. He worked at My FM Jaipur for 9 months as an intern and then got his job as a host in 2010. As his motivational chats in his office inspired his CEO, Harrish Bhatia, he suggested Kartik share his motivational stories on social media. Thus, the seed he sowed has grown into a big motivational tree. Soon, he became a podcaster on Gaana with his podcast RJ Kartik Motivation. It was one of the most followed podcasts on Gaana.

Kartik was honoured with lots of titles and awards. Some of them are The Golden Mike Influencer RJ Of The Year, The IRF Award for The Best Program In Hindi in 2015 and 2018, RJ of the Year from the Art4Peace Awards, and the popular RJ of the Year award at Odisha’s 6^th International Radio Fair. In 2018, he was the brand ambassador of the elections to the Rajasthan Assembly.
