Baldev Singh Bali

Baldev Singh Bali, also known as BS Bali, is a renowned Indian classical musician; Bali was born on 20th September 1940 in Jammu. He did his B.A. from the University of Jammu and Kashmir and an Honor in Hindi from the University of Punjab. He finished his Masters in Music at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal in Pune. In 1972, Bali joined the Institute of Music and Fine Arts Jammu as an instructor of vocal Indian classical Music. He also served on the panel of experts at Kurukshetra University. Bali produced a music cassette in 1994 under the direction of the Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board. Bali received State Award from K.V.
