Raju Maan is a renowned actor and writer of the Haryanvi cinema. He was born on 10th July 1954. He comes from Bahadurgarh in the Jhajjar district. He completed his education at The Jat College. He landed his first role as a lead villain in the commercially successful Haryanvi movie Chandraval and thus debuted as an actor. Since then, he has worked in nearly 100 Hindi and Haryanvi films like Mahara Pihar Sasra (1985), Karuna (2006), Asar (2006), Dhakad Chhora 2 (2007), Senapati (2007), Dakka (2007), Besabar (2008), Natkhat (2009), Laat Sahab (2010), Fakkad (2013), Dear Vs. Bear (2014), Asar 2 (2016), Akad 2 (2018), and S.P. Chauhan (2019) among others.

He also received the best writer award for movies like Jar, Joru aur Jameen and Gulabo. His most recent work as an actor and writer includes the highly acclaimed film, Dada Lakhmi, released in November 2022. Dada Lakhmi has won nearly 70 international awards. He also works as a Director and Producer.
