Famous Pakistani Actress and Producer, Rubina Ashraf was born on 9th of November in Lahore city. The versatile actress is a graphic designer by profession, who completed her graduation in 1986. Rubina had no plans to join the showbiz. Her mother wanted her to be a doctor, but destiny had different plans. She accompanied her friend ‘Saba Pervaiz’ to her audition but she was selected too. Rubina has four siblings and she is the eldest among them. Rubinamade her start in the field of acting from the play “AurDrame” that was written by the famous writer “Ashfaq Ahmed”.

Zaheen Tahira is one of the most senior and veteran actors in the Pakistan television history. Previously known as Saba Pervaiz, Saba Hameed is the daughter of famous columnist Hameed Akhtar. She was born in Lahore on 21st of June 1957. For her siblings, Saba has one brother and three sisters. She did her studies in ‘Lahore College for Women University’. The colossal actress started her journey in the world of showbiz in 1980. She proved her talent in almost all the categories of acting, whether it was drama serials, sitcoms, long plays, TV shows or talk shows. Saba also tried her luck in theatre in 1980’s and 1990’s and earned a good name there as well.

Faris Shafi is a Karachi-based Pakistani rapper and singer who is known nationwide. He was born on 2 November in 1987 in Lahore, Pakistan to Pakistani parents Saba Hameed and Syed Pervaiz Shafo. His mother Saba Hameed is a popular television actor and is renowned for her performances in the Urdu entertainment industry. His sister Meesha Shafi is a singer and an actor in the film industry and his step-brother Ali Abbas is an actor. Given the credit of being born into an artistic family, Faris’ love for art was properly nurtured by his family since his pupillage. Sohail Asghar is one of the oldest actors in today’s Pakistani cinema. He was born in Lahore, Pakistan to a Muslim orthodox family. He completed his education from his hometown and joined Radio Pakistan. He served as a Radio Jockey from 1978 to 1988 and started to take part in local theatre shows. During this time he developed liking for acting. He left his job at the Radio station and worked at carpet business of his cousin. After his debut he starred in ‘Mahnoor’ in year 2004, which is a movie about a dancer from prostitute market. His last movie was ‘Victim of an Honor Killing’ which is a British movie about honor killings, as the name suggests.

Asghar’s old age is not stopping him from acting and he is still working on projects.
