She aimed to establish herself as a classical singer. Through the platform of Vasanth TV singing contest, this budding contestant wanted to show her talent to the world. She came second in the show. The singer started her journey in the show which was watched by judges such as Bharathwaj, Anupama and Mahathi and her first appearance in a reality shows as a contestant gave her hope to become a singer. Vasanth TV Super Singer is a reality-based Indian singing competition in the Tamil language that is aired on Vasanth TV channel; the program seeks to discover playback singers in South India. She participated in the contest in Vasanth Television on 23 September 2016.
