Nizhalgal Ravi is a veteran actor in TV serials and films and has acted in hundreds of movies alongside the greatest of actors in the industry. Born on April 16, 1956, he first started out under legendary director Bharathiraja in ‘Nizhalgal’ which later stuck on to his name because of the instant hit with people. He has played many impressive roles in blockbuster movies like Vedam Puthithu, Nayakan, Chinna Thambi Periya Thambi, etc. His versatility has won him praises from all over the industry and from people. He has acted in over 20 movies in Malayalam in the 80s before moving into mainstream Tamil movies.

Anand is a popular multilingual actor born in Hyderabad. His parents are VS Bharathi and Rajalakshmi. Bharathi worked in Brooke Bond India Ltd. Anand has three brothers, Ramesh, who works in Times of India as the Vice President of Finance; Suresh, a Professor and Bharat Arun, a cricketer. Anand made his debut as an actor with Karthik Muthuraman in Vanna Kanavugal that hit the screens in 1987. He was in his teens. After his successful debut with Karthik, luck favored Anand and his second film was with Kamal Haasan and Amala Akkineni in Sathya, the 1988 movie. In the same year, he shared the screen space with “Vijayakanth,” Radhika Sarathkumar, and Vani Viswanath in Poonthotta Kavalkaran, one of the hit films of Vijayakanth. He did seven films in Tamil in 1988 -1989, including Anbe En Anbe, Annanagar Mudhal Theru, Sudhanthira Nattin Adimaigal, Apoorva Sagodharargal, and En Kanavar. In 1989, he made his Telugu debut in Dharma Teja.
