Suman Kumar was a renowned standup comedian, screenwriter cum actor. He was born in Chennai and grew up in Andhra Pradesh. Suman was a B.Com graduate from Osmania University. He came up in Bengaluru in 2004. He was living in Bengaluru since then. In 2004 he started his career as a Software Professional in the corporate sector. He also directed a movie Bhuli Huena. In 1987, Bijay won the Orissa Cine Critics Award for the "Best Actor of the Decade". He became a drama professor at Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya in 1977 and retired soon after.
