Narmadha’s mother is a vocalist, Mrs. Meenakshi Goplakrishnan. Narmadha received her initial violin training from Parur A Sundaram Iyer, her grandfather. She also learned the violin techniques from her father, MSG. Her grandpa started teaching her when she was four years.
