Upasana is news based Indian Show that is broadcasted on the A1 TV channel. The program is broadcasted in the Hindi language. This is one of the unique shows that are a part of A1 TV's various programs, with these programs the channel is trying to do something different from other news channels that only focus on stuff related to current affairs, crime and politics.

The program started in 2018 and has been broadcast since. This is one of the few shows to get a prime time slot on A1 TV. The show is based on information related to religious news and current religious events. In the program, the host tells the viewers about different religious events happening around India, and it tells the specialty about these events. The show starts with telling the occasion of the organized event and then it explains the history of the place where the event is being organized and then tells the viewers why these events happen at the place. Some anchors from the same team visit these places and try to interview some common people visiting the place and ask them about the importance of the events and the reason they are visiting.

The program features interviews from officials organizing these events, they ask about security measures taken by them, the number of visitors visiting the event, the number of vendors selling things in the event. The show focuses on almost every aspect of these events. In one of the episodes, two anchors from the show visited Azamer, a place in Uttar Pradesh and broadcasted the Christmas event happening there. The show featured some videos of the church where the event took place. It telecasted the attractions for which people are coming. In one of the episodes, they had a special event, to cover the events happening in Jammu Kashmir for Mata Vaishno Devi. The show featured all the places visitors stay while trying to visit Vaishno Devi mandir, it showed covered special places in Jammu Kashmir.
