Known for her role as the revenge seeking woman, Durga Thakur in the thriller series Ek Hasina Thi, Sanjeeda Sheikh is a renowned TV actress in India. She also participated in the dancing competition Nach Baliye 3 along with her husband and won it.

Born on 20th December, 1984 in Kuwait, she shifted to Mumbai and conducted dancing classes. She never aspired to become an actress. But within 18 months she had already acted in a couple of south Indian films. She entered the world of television when Ekta Kapoor spotted her at a party. She made her Television Debut with the Star One Tv show, Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka.

She soon gained attention and was later cast in many tv shows like Kayamath, Kya Dil Mein Hai, Jaane Pehchaane Se Yeh Ajnabee, Piya Ka Ghar Pyara Lage, and the latest flick Ek Hasina Thi in which her role as Durga Thakur won her critical acclaim.

She won Best Actress in a negative role for Kayamath at the Gold Awards 2008. Further for her role as Durga in Ek Hasina Thi, she won the most Stylish Female award and The Gr8! performer of the year award at the Indian Television Academy Awards (2014).

Apart from appearing in the TV shows, she also acted in a couple of Bollywood films such as in Baghban (2003) as Neeli, in Poonniyaan Selvan (2005) as Priya, in Pankh (2010) as Kusum, and in Johnny Mastana (2011).

In 2012, Sanjeeda Sheikh married her long time boyfriend Aamir Ali, and they are considered as the television industry’s cutest couple. Currently she is working for her role as Durga in the show Ek Hasina Thi.

Shubhangi Atre Poorey is a well-known face in the Hindi Television Industry. She first came under limelight with the role of Palchin in ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay’. Here, she played the role of an understanding woman who gave much needed support to her heart-broken husband, Prem.  Shubhangi made her acting debut with this role and enjoyed overnight fame and popularity with her stupendous performance.

Shubhangi was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and wanted to pursue career in the corporate world. She even has an MBA degree from the popular IMS College. However, with the quirk of fate, she ended up in the glamour world and enjoyed high success and popularity here.

In 2007, Shubhangi was roped for the TV serial Kasturi, where she played the female lead. Her cute and mature acting was praised by the critics and the audience. Here she played the role of Preeti, a cute and bubbly girl who lives in the world of her dreams.

2011 was a turning point in Shubhangi’s career as she portrayed a negative role for the first time, in the renowned TV serial ‘Havan’. This serial explored various religious possibilities and her role of Trushna, was widely popular here. Right after that, she was seen the Sab Tv’s popular serial ‘Chidiya Ghar’, where she worked till May 2014.

A few years back, Shubhangi got married to Piyush Poorey. Right now, she has a daughter called Aashi. Shubhangi was last seen in SAB TV’s serial and she’s presently spending some quality time with her daughter.

Neelu Vaghela is a very famous Rajasthani actress and has acted in more than 50 Rajasthani movies most of which have proved to be a success. Her better known Rajasthani movies are Supattar Bindani, Bai chali Sasaria and Veer Tejaji amongst others. 

She was born in Rajasthan on April 15, 1970 and is 44 years in age. She is very active in Rajasthani movies.  She started acting in Hindi TV serials as Bhabo in the popular drama in 2011 'Diya Aur Bati Ham'. The serial is still being telecast on Star Plus channel. It is produced by Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal for Shashi Sumeet Productions and directed by Sumeet Mittal and Rohit Goyal. In this serial she appeared as Santosh Arun Rathi alias Bhabo the mother of male lead, Suraj (played by Anas Rashid) and the wife of Arun (played by Ashok Lokhande). In the serial, she has been depicted as a very strict and a straight forward person. She likes the character as she feels that it matches with her personality and probably that is why she is so successful in portrayal of the role.

Neelu is married to Arvind Kumar vaghela who is also a well known actor. She participated in Nach Baliye season 5 with her husband and was ranked as 2nd runner up. The winners of the contest were Mahi Vij and Jay Bhanushali.

Apart from acting, Neelu has her own Production House by the name of Aruneel Productions which is into production of Rajasthani films. 

She is happily married to Arvind with  two children Kaizar and Vanshika.
