Mrinal Kulkarni is one of a famous face in small screen. She is from Pune, Maharashtra. She completed her Master's degree in Linguistics from Pune University. Shilpa Tulaskar is a well known personality of Hindi and Maharashtriyan television industry. She has done her graduation from Ramnaraain Ruia university. Her first television appearance was a Maharashtriaan Tv serial titled Vaibhaav. Shilpa has widely been appraised for  her roles in some of the notable movies like Dombivali Fast and Kalchakraa. Alok Nath is an Indian television and Bollywood film actor who got his fame in the television drama series, Buniyaad in 1986. He played as Master Haveliram, a patriot and freedom fighter. Buniyaad was first broadcasted on DD National under Doordarshan network and later, because of its popularity, it was re-broadcasted in DD Metro and several Indian television channels like Sahara One. 

Alok was born on July 10, 1956 and raised up in New Delhi, India. He studied in the Modern School and Hindu College. When in college, he performed along with Ruchika and the popular theater group in Delhi. This became his advantage to join the prominent National School of Drama as a part of his degree in college. 

He started in year 1980 in the television series, Rishte-Naate followed by the epic film, Gandhi in 1982. Alok was the bar owner in the Bollywood film, Aaj Ki Awaaz under the direction of Ravi Chopra. He also appeared in Mashaal under the same director in 1984. He did negative roles in movies like Shadyantra, Bol Radha Bol and more. In 1989, he played as Karan, a poor mechanic who lives with her daughter Suman (played by Bhagyashree Patwardhan) in the musical romantic film, Maine Pyar Kiya. 

He was essayed to do the role of Deepak Seth in Raman’s Kumar soap opera, Tara on Zee TV channel from 1993 to 1997. He was also in some of the episodes of Zee TV’s, Rishtey from 1999 to 2001. Alok played the role of Prakash Chandra Sharma in Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai on STAR Plus from 2007 to 2010. He was also the father of Abha in Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. Some of his recent television serials are Kuch Toh Loh Kahenge and Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. At present, he is Jagat Babuji in the fictional comedy series, Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai on SAB TV.

Kay Kay Menon or K.K. Menon or Krishan Kumar Menon is an Indian actor. He was born on 2nd October 1966 in Kerala, India. His zodiac sign is Virgo. Born on 1938, Manohar Singh was an illustrious theatre and movie actor. He had worked in several Hindi movies. He also tasted success in theatre histrionics and playwright. His contribution to the theater was rewarded during the year 1982 when he garnered the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for his good acting. Party, Rudali, Dikhsha , Lamhe, Chandni , Tughlaq,Daddy, Begum Barve and Himmat Mai are some of his outstanding works as a theater personality. 

Hailing from a tiny village Kwara situated close to Shimla, Manohar kickstarted his career in state government’s drama department. The year 1971 saw him have his graduation from NSD. Later he endeavored into directing plays. The 1971 venture Qatil Ki Aawas was his entry into play direction. The year 1976 was a milestone in his career since he turned out to be NSD Repertory Company’s second chief. He sustained in that post upto 1988. The project, Tughlaq remains still etched in the hearts of his fans. His guru Ebrahim Alkazi directed this flick. He enacted the role of Tughlaq in this memorable play. 

Manohar got himself associated with Delhi Theater in the end of 80s, after quitting NSD. The Bollywood flick Kissa Kursi Ka was not shown in theatres then. This is a political spoof and had Shabani Azmi, Utpal Dutt, Raj Babbar, Manohar Singh and Rehana Sultan in main roles. This was a very controversial film of that time. 

Ram, which is the production venture of the yearly Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra has Manohar’s voice-over. His voice was his strength to the venture. Manohar also tested waters in television serials such as Pal Chhin and Dard. These serials were successful. He breathed his last on 14, November 2002. He left his legacy since NSD started an award in his name. It is named as Manohar Singh Smriti Puruskar. This award is given to a youth graduate of NSD. The graduate should be below 50 to earn this award.

Rakesh Srivastav has been a long time character artist who has been active in the film industry for so long, He was seen playing some memorable supporting roles in Films like ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ (1989),‘Sardari Begum’ (1996), ‘Red Swastik’ (2005) & ‘Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose: The Forgotten Hero’ (2005).
