Rakesh Bedi along with Staish Shah can be termed as the pioneer of comedy in the Indian TV industry. They both acted in ‘Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi’ the epic comedy serial aired on 1984 in good old Doordarshan. Born in New Delhi to Punjabi parents Raja (as he is popularly known as) always wanted to become an actor and started doing theater from an early age.
