He has produced many hit films including Kal Ho Na Ho, Wake Up Sid and I Hate Love Stories. Karan Johar has also acted in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, apart from his assistant direction. He has also performed as a costume designed for the popular celebrities like Sharukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan. Koffee With Karan was the popular show hosted by Karan Johar, which made him popular among the TV audience. This program got aired for four seasons till 2014. He was also a part of the show Jalak Dikhhla Jaa, judging the participants along with Madhuri Dixit.

The founder of Dharma Production, Yash Johar was born on 6 September 1929 in Amritsar. 

He was married to Hiroo Johar and is the father of the well known Bollywood director and producer Karan Johar. This legend started his career with Sunil Dutt’s production house “Ajanta House” in 1952 and since then, he has delivered one hit film after another. His name has been associated with famous films like ‘Mujhe Jeene Do’ which released in 1963 and ‘Ye Raste hai Pyaar Ke’ in which the famous Sunil Dutt performed as an actor. His banner, ’Dharma Production’ was launched in 1976. The first film produced under this banner was Dostana which became an instant hit. Some of his best movies in 1980’s and 1990’s were Agneepath, Gumrah and Duplicate. With the release of such great movie that gained major appreciation by Indian audience, his production house became one of the biggest banners in Bollywood. This production house reached new heights from ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, a movie released in 1998. This film won lots of awards, including ‘The Best Film’ at Annual Screen Awards. This success was followed by the release of ‘Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gam’ directed by his son, Karan Johar. These movies redefined love and romance for people. 

He even helped in the setting of ‘Dreamz Unlimited’ which was founded by Shahrukh Khan, Juhi Chawala and Aziz Mirza. He played a role in the production of their first film ‘Phir Bhi Dil hai Hindustani’. 

The last film that he produced under his banner was ‘Kal Ho na Ho’. Even though he passed away in 2004, he will always be remembered for his golden contribution to Indian cinema.

Ajay Gogavale is a prominent Indian music composer and director. He was born on August 21, 1976, in Pune to Ashok Gogavale. He grew up in different villages because of his father’s job. Ajay is the brother of Atul Gogavale who is also a popular music composer and director. They collaborated in several hit films and their duo was known as Ajay-Atul. In his childhood, Ajay was not interested in academics. He is more focused on music and so, he and his brother joined the NCC competition. They won and made this as their inspiration to pursue their passion. They don’t have a musical background and they could not even afford to buy a musical instrument. The two started their ventures in school, local bands, temples, etc. and befriend those who owned instruments since they cannot afford to buy for themselves. During college, Ajay and his brother started working as arrangers for local bands.

Professionally, Atul is a music director, a composer, a songwriter, a lyricist, a show organizer and much more. He also produces music. His area of work is mainly concentrated in the Marathi language. In the 56th National Filmfare Awards, Ajay and Atul were awarded the Best Music Direction Award. They got this privilege in the year 2008. They received this award for their contribution in the film Jogwa, which was a Marathi film.

His first role being opposite the handsome Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor in the movie “Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!” Ishaan Khattar was born to Indian television/film actress Neelima Azeem and her second husband Rajesh Khattar, an actor, making him a half-brother to Shahid Kapoor, who is the son of Neelima Azeem and Pankaj Kapur.
