Plot: The plot of the movie is adapted from a Rolling Stone article written by Guy Lawson. The article emphasized on the story of the two weapons dealers who supplied weapons to US Army in Afghanistan. The film is centered on Efraim Diveroli and David Packouz. The duo works as a weapons dealer and wins a contract amounting three hundred million dollars for supplying heavy weapons to US troops in Afghanistan. The film showcases the story of the brother and how they manage to complete the task. It is a very well-known fact that the film is fictionised at most of the instances, and many scenes are made to make the film interesting.

Analysis: The film received mixed reviews on its release. The film is yet to be released in the United States of America, and that will prove to be a decisive factor in the films progress. The movie has a very generic and firm plot revealing the troubles the people in the real world is facing. It also features a very sensitive issue that has been the same for the last ten years and shook the world due to its occurrence. The screenplay falls loose at most of the instances in the first forty-five minutes of the film.

However, it gains pace when the mission of the brother starts taking its course. It is highly fictionized, and the plot is modified at required places to make it commercial and entertaining. It has proved to be very beneficial for the makers as it added another dimension to the film. It is also a very notable and interesting information that most of the scenes are focused on bringing out the struggles of the real world.

Star performances: Jonah Hill Jonah Hill Feldstein works as an Actor, comedian a >> Read More... is the soul of the film and has raised the level of the film with his performance. He has expressed the real trouble of the real world with ease and has managed to create an impact on the viewer's mind. The intensity on his face captures the heart of the audiences. The direction lacked some skills and needed more efforts in the field as well as in narration. Jeff Groth can have done more work, and the film could have been trimmed for at least seven more minutes to make it precise.

Lawrence Sher has captured some beautiful shots and amazing visuals while shooting in the deserts of Afghanistan.

What's there: The concept and plot of the film are based on a real-life incident though most of it is fictionised. It sounds very appealing when you are talking about army and weapons which are going to be used against the evil. There is another important feature of the film, and that is the visuals. It appears very graceful in the film and is worth appreciating.

What's not there: The film lacks the precision to make it perfectly pitched on target. The music is average, and the background score needed more hunk to make it compatible with the action sequences. The film seems a bit lengthy, and it could have been made shorter. The screenplay in average and you would expect it to have more pace to keep it on track.

Verdict: The film on a whole is average. It is related to a real life story but lacks the intensity. It is an average movie, and you can watch it if you want.
