The flick Babies Click to look into! >> Read More... is a French movie. The movie hit the screens in 2010 and falls under the category of documentary film. The movie’s direction is by Thomas Balmes. The movie records the happenings in the life of humans since the age of one.

Plot: There are four babies in the movie. Two babies in the movie have a rustic background. Ponijao is from Namibia and Bayar hails from Mongolia. The other two are from Japan and San Francisco.Thomas Balmes, the movie director, takes a trip across the globe to see babies and record them with his camera. Thomas Balmes has recorded the early childhood of the babies in the documentary movie. Ponijao from Namibia is born in a hut. Hattie makes an arrival at the hospital which is filled latest medical equipment. Bayar is born in a hospital and takes a trip to the rustic background in the movie. The movie has recorded tantrums by these children from different backgrounds.

The documentary movie does not have narration in it. The movie director has left it for the viewers to make out the scenes in the movie. The movie does not have any message in it. But, it is quite interesting to watch the children in the movie move about with curiosity. The movie shows the interaction of the babies with toys, animals including cats and dogs. Two of the babies in rustic backdrop do not have any maternal governance while two others from the city of San Francisco and Japan have everything that they need including maternal care.

A setback in the movie is that it does not have anything to say, and shows the routine of babies. Anyone could have done it with a camera in his hands. The movie’s climax shows one baby getting up to the feet and falling several times. At last, the baby manages to stand. Yes, there are cheers from the audience.

Verdict: If you are a lover of babies and if you are curious to know about their backdrops in different cultures, the movie ‘Babies’ is the right one to watch.
